They recently increased the admission up to € 10 per adult. This admission is just for this museum = the combined ticket is € 15 I strolled thru this museum and was not attired in the exhibits. But having the guided tour = this guy...More

Nice museum dedicated to the Viking Era and the start of Waterford. Great artifacts from the time period starting around 900 AD. Get tickets online and do the combo ticket with the Bishops Palace which is cheaper. Lots of good info at both sites.More

We toured the museum and viewed all sorts of historical objects but most.of all the guide brought the history of the city to life through the many eras covered. the Charter in particular is a marvellous piece.

Hi Tazkatza, the tours take about 45 minutes, but allow an hour in your schedule to do each museum.
