I visit here constantly. It so beautiful and changes every month. Park for kids, toilet facilities and good tarmac paths. Coffee shop in summer serves excellent scones.

The JFK Arboretum is well worth a visit for a walk. The park is very scenic and there is a lot of space for a long walk. It is family friendly and there is a nice play park for kids.

Yes I believe dogs are welcome in the park but probably need to be on a lead.

Sorry to not answer before but the cafe was very limited in its menu. I don’t think it’s particularly worth visiting.
