This is one of the best golf courses in Ireland, situated in the beautiful Vale of Avoca, the area seems to have its own micro-climate and is very sheltered. The course provides a tough test of golf and the Par 3 Holes are all very interesting and challenging. I play here regularly, and enjoy the hospitality in the Clubhouse, I... More

One of my favorite golf courses in Ireland. The scenery is fantastic and the golf course is challenging but not demanding. Its how golf should be enjoyed, In the sunshine surrounded by beautiful views and well maintained fairways with out too much difficulty form the rough!!

First time playing this course and have already booked to stay in the hotel. I read reviews the course is too short but I think it's a thinkers course and requires accuracy. Greens were perfect while being very difficult but true if you putt well. Definitely one of me favourites

Wonderful course,in an excellent condition. The Avoca stream is nicely interacting on some holes. The only drawback is the start, since the first tee is too far back and in danger of hitting people on the second tee.On the other side the view from the upper and outer bar is splendid.

If you're looking for a warm welcome and a fantastic round of golf you must play here. Visited here for the third time with 18 other golfers who are part of a society. The challenge is real but the rewards are great. The river meanders through the property setting up many challenges, and opportunities to lose a ball to three.... More

Lovely golf course, well worth playing. Good practice area. Nice club house and good food served. They can supply golf clubs and buggy's. They have reduced green fees on open days. Looking forward to a revisit soon.
