Emma does my hair. She always does exactly as I ask even if it's not something she would usually do. I prefer my hair razored due to the shaggy layers and she's always more than happy to help. It's a very welcoming and relaxing environment. Would recommend to everyone.

The staff are lovely and did such a good job with listening .I have hair extensions and I wanted a new colour , they made sure I had the skin test done prior and checked with my hair extensionist if the hair was able to be coloured . Came out with the exact colour I wanted and felt like a new woman ! Thanks to Erika and the other girls you’ve got yourself another loyal customer!

Very happy with Erika’s service, she knew exactly what i wanted and delivered brilliantly. Erika made the time go quick by engaging with me and talking with her bright personality. I would most definitely go back to Erika for any future work i wish to be done on my hair.

I always get my hair done by salon manager, Emma and I won’t go anywhere else now. I have extremely thick, long hair and Emma handles it perfectly. I trust her completely whether it’s cutting, colouring or styling my hair. She remembers how I like to have my hair cut but also makes suggestions of what I could have done next and the results are always amazing. I love going to the salon to have adult conversation and enjoy a bit of pampering and that’s definitely what I get at serenity loves. There is always a warm welcome in the salon and I’m always offered refreshments. Everyone in the salon is really friendly and it’s a happy environment.

Had done cut and balayage by talented Erika, after years of dreading to go to face another disappointment this was very pleasant surprise and experience, professionally done from the start to finish, hands down Erika 😊👌👌👌🙏🤭 everyone in the saloon was very nice to me and even offered coffee which I gladly accepted. I came in a few months ago for a cut and blow dry with caitlin. she did a great job and i left feeling pampered and relaxed. i cant recommend her enough, she explained to me what she was doing in detail and gave me professional advice of what products i needed to use and how to use them, she also told me how to keep up with my hair in between cuts in order to keep it in its best state. she was SO friendly and understand of everything that i asked her and i’ve never felt so comfortable with a hairdresser before. i will definitely be returning for caitlin <3 she is a pleasure to your business

My daughter headed back to Priya to have a trim and bangs. First time she has had a fring cut and it was exactly! what she wanted. Absolutely beaming when she finished. Our daughter loves the head massage when having her hair washed and is always so happy to sit for Priya. Such special memories and a wonderful haircut, everytime. Chantelle is a fantastic hairdresser. Recently back from maternity leave and was truly missed. So glad she is back. Transformed my hair from dull yellow toned blonde to beautiful ice blonde highlights with a few ash brown to break it up. Always does a wonderful job.
