Stopped for a couple of pints and was very impressed. Really friendly bar man who was very knowledgeable. Great selection of beer. Really comfortable pub with small beer garden. If you like good craft beer don't miss this place.

Fabulous place. Lovely atmosphere, great rustic feel. I love the fact there’s no TV, no music and no crap lager-that’s the micro pub rules! A real ale house! Amazing choice of ales. Really friendly staff, they go out of their way to make you feel...More

Awesome little bar. Will definitely be returning. Great selection of ales and cider. The “sweet” cider was amazing, I only wish I got the name of it!

Good selection of ales in a relaxed, cosy, no frills little bar. Thankfully no TV or background music to get in the way of appreciating a good pint & conversation with your friends.

Nice little pub with tables out the front and back. It’s only small but it has a good atmosphere and lots of real ales and ciders. Mixed clientele but I would say mostly over 40s.

Called in during our stay in Harrogate, what a fantastic place. Lovely atmosphere, good service, and good beer. Outdoor seating to front an rear is available and they allow dogs. It can get very busy as it is obviously a very popular place.

What s great place this is! Real ale, real people and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and return in the future. Why cannot all ale houses be like this?
