Not expensive. About £10 for tour and access to grounds. Good WALKS. Very good cafe. Lovely garden. Lake. Family still live at the castle. Good gift shop. Lovely village setting.

Not allowed prams due to health & safety reasons. Only very strong parents allowed because babies have to be carried. As indicated rudely by lady taking admissions yesterday (16 June 2018)

Lovely castle/house, very welcoming from the guides... Gardens/woodlands very nicely kept... Well worth a trip when in the area... Also if your lucky you will see deer in the grounds...
