On top of this you enjoy the great hosting by Betty's staff who keep you well fed and watered all day- breakfast, morning coffe, two course lunch and afternoon... More

I attended the Sharpen Your Knife Skills course. When I arrived there was coffee, tea & croissants served with raspberry preserve, lovely. The course then started & the tutors, Lisa & Tim demonstrated the skills required for each dish, which we had to replicate it in turn. They kept their eye on us as we tried our best & gave... More

We attended the Autumn collection demonstration today 10-1400. It exceeded our expectations. On arrival we had croissants and coffee. Then we were shown the 5 courses which we got to try as we went along. Each was delicious and all the staff were fabulous. Then we had a lovely lunch and a glass of wine. Can't wait to go to... It was the most amazing day! Fun packed and filled with lovely snacks, brilliant lunch, with wine! Oh and of course cooking! Brilliant atmosphere, top notch ingredients, lovely staff. Walked out with a Christmas cake, pudding, three jars of mincemeat, a struedel, brandy sauce, oh and a Bettys apron. Every minute was packed and a little Betty's shop was available... More

I thoroughly enjoyed learning all the different processes and the tutor's explained everything so well and all the special tips they gave us will be so useful. The whole day was... More

For starters there were 3 to a 2-person work station which made things more time consuming. Secondly, you are constantly made to do your own washing up which to me should be... More
