I hate giving bad reviews for anything but Harrogate Odeon really does need to sort itself out!!! Whilst there is intrinsically nothing wrong with the building, the overall impression is that its dirty and unloved. Bearing in mind the new Everyman Cinema has now opened, you would have thought the Odeon would be doing everything it can to keep its... More

The odeon was very clean when we visited, the staff were very friendly and engaged in conversation with us. The seating in the screen we were in was really comfortable; big chairs with plenty leg room.

This Odeon could be so much more. It is a beautiful Art Deco building that has become drab and tired with run down facilities and out dated screen rooms. It can't compete with the experience of the new Everyman and it is such a shame. With a facelift and a bit of competitive energy this could be one of the... More

Recently moved to Harrogate and visited this Odeon. Compared to the Odeon from my previous town I lived in it is extremely dated! The seats were uncomfortable, the toilets were horrible, the carpets looked so worn. This cinema is in desperate need of a re-furb. There is an Everyman cinema next door, which is 10 times more comfy and only... More

We go at least once a month, Screen Unseen offers are a great idea at just £5 per person (even premiere seats £5). They've just had some screens refurbed and are very comfortable. Staff always very polite and friendly. Would recommend.

In screen 1 this time good view from most seats. Ticket price wasn't too bad as the film had been out for a while. Don't pay for premier upgrade,it isn't worth it

We come to the Odeon about once a week depending on interesting showings. There is a huge parking lot however a bit pricy. For just under 10£ you can have a family package- drinks and snacks that is quite consistent. This weekend as we where exiting after Fantastic beasts movie, one of the staff handed a metal lunch box to... More

Small screen, bad seats and a box of crumbs rather than popcorn which wouldn't be too bad if it were not extortionate . Not great, needs a lot of work.

Horrible, rude staff who pick on young teens and making false accusations that my 15 YEAR OLD friend was being ABUSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE towards a staff member and reportedly had to go home because of it! Get a grip, sort your staff out, and stop being rude to young teens. If you have a problem don't bother asking the manager... More
