I recently completed the Straight to Silver navigation course based in the Howgills. It was very enjoyable and extremely useful. Our skills were built up over the three days and Mark really emphasised the need to look at our surroundings and not just the map....More

Did 1 day navigation course from Aysgarth Falls Hotel. Mark is very knowledgeable, great teacher, pitched course appropriately so that everyone got a lot out of the day even though wide range of ability. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes to go walking
