Cathedrals in the UK are always worth a visit and this is no exception. A friendly welcome. Guided tours. I did find the Harry Potter stuff for sale in the gift shop rather an odd choice.

The church is set in the old part of the ancient city of Gloucester and was used to film scenes from Harry Potter.

a short visit was made very poignant by the lovely WW1 memorial poppy waterfall in the nave. I paid respects to family members who'd served ,it was very moving.
