Our girls are 7 and 5 and they really enjoy the variety of walls to climb. The instructors Dom and Eliza are excellent with them. Now they’re getting to know the girls better they are both offering tips and advice to climb better!! Thanks for making their experience so much fun!

Big thanks to Phoebe, Zoe, Grace. The party was amazing all the children seem to have enjoyed themselves. A nice variety in the climbing area, children wanted a second go. Climbing staff were polite and was always happy to help

Amazing place! We went Friday evening for my daughters birthday and Dom, Abbey (instructors), Zoe and Mia (cafe) were fantastic! Mia and Zoe were polite, helpful and made sure not only our children at the party but siblings were also treated with great respect and very caring. Dom and Abbey were really encouraging with all the kids some who had only climbed once before and my son as although he’s 11 he has a fear of heights and thanks to Dom’s calmness and experience he managed to get to the top of one of the walls! This was massive for him. My daughter, 2 sons and friend also did the leap of faith and again Dom explained everything really well and had a laugh with them too. These 4 honestly made the little party the most amazing experience for my daughter, me and my husband and to all the parents and siblings of the children that came! Highly recommended and I am honestly eternally grateful. In current situations with cost of living it’s not easy for parents to make parties really extravagant at the moment but they made it feel extra special. Your lucky to have staff who generally care about their customers over thinking about the money and that’s how it felt 🙌

This is the second time we throw a birthday party there (derby). However , this time was exceptional thanks to Grace . She made sure everything was running exceptionally well, she checked regularly if we needed any help, and was extremely helpful, friendly and professional Thanks to you Grace (derby), our 9 year old daughter had a wonderful birthday party today.

We did an exclusive hire for my son and a group of friends on Sunday morning, the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Dom and Teyo who were on the floor went above and beyond they interacted and pushed the kids who wanted a challenge they supported and helped the slightly nervous ones. Honestly, everyone in the party commented on how much fun they had. So thank you so much to the team for making it such an enjoyable visit.

Attended a child’s 8 year old party today with my 3 daughters. We only had one child Booked on the party but the fantastic staff on the front desk of Victoria and Eliza helped accommodate my other daughters a space and the climbing and a spot on the soft play, even going out the way to come and me as a space became available 👍👍 We then was professionally looked after by the staff at the cafe who was serving a wonder full coffe and cake plus some lunch for my daughters thank Zoe and team for your efforts 👍👍 Then Great Team work from all the other staff including Grace Maia and Koci who all went above and beyond to make our trip fantastic for my little Betsy Boo who loved her 2 hours on the soft play Must say the highlight of the afternoon was seeing how clean all the staff kept everywhere 👍👍 Thanks for a good afternoon after a rather long start to our morning it was just what I needed. Attend a birthday party, the service was great, followed by the party food and climbing experience. Climbing instructors, and cafe staff Zoe, Beth, Phoebe, Courtney , all friendly. The food wasn’t overpriced at all, especially the cake deal 😋 Will definitely be coming back !

Brilliant place!all the staff were superb, especially the two guys setting up the toddlers for the climbing experience. Really profession & helpful. The whole place was clean & tidy. The soft place has a member of staff entertaining & helping the children too! Really good. Highly recommended. Only thing for me is the prices of the food were high! £1.50 for a rice crispy bar! You can’t take your own food or drink so you are held to ransom a bit. Could do with some more healthy eating options for the children.
