A fantastic escape room, with an excellent host. After getting stuck in Swindon due to train cancellations and delays, we managed to get a last minute booking at Incarcerated, and completed Conspiracy - Agenda 21. It was an excellent room, the puzzles were novel, varied, and a good level of challenging. There were plenty of wow moments, and the theming and set dressing was great. Given the room was made in 2018, it holds out very well against more recent rooms - and is suspiciously prescient about events of 2020! We had a great time, and spent a long time talking with the owner afterwards, which is always a pleasure, and a benefit of a non chain room, created and run lovingly. Very happy to take second place on the two-player leaderboard, and will definitely return to do the upcoming rooms (maybe not via train!)

It was my son's 16th birthday, he had a really great time and it was a fantastic way for a party of teens to spend an hour! The host was excellent at responding to email communication. We will definitely be back for my daughter's birthday. Thank you 🙏🏻

The game was good fun although we did need a few tips to get through within the hour. We worked as a couple and we found it quite a good test of our teamwork. We look forward to playing more games like this.

First time in an actual escape room and we had a fantastic time. Needed a couple of hints, but we escaped and would highly recommend. A great set up, enthusiastic staff and the games were just the right level of hardness

This was possibly the best escape room we have done we have done both of the rooms here and they are amazing. Not your typical escape rooms where it is all padlocks and keys, there are extra activities that you have to do to be able to get into places the rooms are amazing and actually make you feel like you’re in the scenario that is set out. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming! The clues that you’re given are also really good as they still make you think and don’t give away the obvious answer

I went with a group of 5 colleagues and we played the Agenda 21 room. 2 of the group had never done an escape room. The puzzles were hard but doable - the balance was perfect for us. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming, and answered all our questions afterwards. The experience was very immersive, we had no idea how long we'd been and we got really into solving all the puzzles and trying out all the things! The level of hints was perfect for us. We were all absolutely buzzing afterwards. I would really recommend Incarcerated for groups of colleagues who want to do a bit of team building. We all want to come back and try the other room!

We had the best time doing the Tortured Souls room as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kiddos). Simon was hilarious and really made the whole experience fun. The rooms were tricky (he didn't lie at the briefing!) but with a little help over the radio on 2 o a couple of occasions we made it out with 27 Seconds to spare! Will definitely be back to do the other room soon.

I have done around 15 escape rooms across the world, and this one is easily up there with the best. We did the ‘tortured soul’ room. The theming is incredible, the suspense is so frightening, but the main feature i loved was the intelligence of the puzzles and how they fit into the story perfectly. We will be coming back to do another room, especially since our game guide was so friendly and seemed to love what he does, which is a huge positive. Thanks for the experience, but we hate you for scaring us like that!!! definitely recommend.
