    What a team of staff
We visited Wonderland for our daughter’s 4th birthday. We were hugely impressed. We were looking for something that wouldn’t overawe her, and wouldn’t cost £300 for a day visit. If you are looking for similar, this is the sweet spot. The biggest take away by far is the motivation and customer service excellence of every staff member that we interacted with. Our daughter, had Happy Birthday sand to her twice. Special kudos to the team members in the cafe. When they discovered that there was a birthday, they quickly radioed out and rallied the troops for some first hand entertainment. You should be very proud of your collective efforts- it was noticeable and hugely refreshing. Thank you.

A truly amazing magical Wonderland experience! *****
Last week we attended the Halloween event and all I can say is WOW! It looked absolutely amazing!!! Us as adults were amazed by how much work had gone into the whole park and how amazing it looked. They have worked so hard and all the characters were so great dressed up for Halloween and really interactive, a real traditional perfect event with a great trick and treat trail for the children which makes it a real personal experience. All the fairytale houses are the cutest also. I can’t wait to go for Christmas this year to both events (light trail and day time event) as it was just perfect last year too! I would 100% recommend this place for anyone with young children so book your tickets you won’t be disappointed as it’s worth every single penny! I’ve used to visit wonderland as a child myself and now I have my own daughter it is our absolutely favourite place to go. The characters and all staff work tirelessly and are always so friendly and interactive with the children which is a real credit and really makes wonderland a very easy place to go and where you feel very welcome as everyone always has a smile on their face and they always greet all of the children. All the events are great and range from mascot day, princess day, pirate days in the summer, Halloween and Christmas and even just a normal days on the weekend! Wonderland is a very fun relaxed day out. There is quite a few little rides for the children and my daughter absolutely loves them, she gets very fed up if we go to really bigger busy places (theme parks) because of queuing but here it’s different as it’s never overcrowded always enough space for her to be free. It is absolutely worth every penny for little ones to have the best day out. We love this place so much we have now renewed our annual passes for the 2nd year! The discos at the end of the day are always the best fun!! 😊 Special mention to Alice, Harry (Mad hatter wonderland would never be the same without you!) Nadia, Liberty, Ethan and all other staff too you all work so so hard and you really make it a true wonderland for Delilah and all other children that visit. Well done Wonderland and all staff for being the best 👏🏻☺️

Not for people with mobility issues
U pay to park, 3 hours £2.50, two adults one child over two and a 10 month old baby £30.00. Very hilly not good if u have mobility issues. Not worth the money in my view. Had better days at the local park. The Telford park is reportedly good but wonderland it’s a no from me, maybe more suitable for children 6 plus. Won’t be going back, indoor play closed currently.

A charming lovely place. Visited today for the first time. This is a perfect day out for little people. We took two toddlers and a baby. The boys loved the rides that didn’t need adults with them. Getting lost in the maze was lots of fun. We even met the mad hatter in the middle. We then went to a tea party with Alice and the mad hatter and the children were given a treat and a a drink. We also iced biscuits and loved walking round the fairytale houses. The staff that represent the park are doing a great job. Very welcoming Friendly and great with the kids ! We will be back ! Fantastic value for money when you compare to other bigger parks

Brilliant day out and great value. We were a group of 12 with 4 children of different ages who all really enjoyed it!
The staff were lovely and welcoming. There was loads to see and do - shows, rides, crazy golf, woodland walk and face painting.
Would definitely recommend.

We've just had a brilliant day out at the princess weekend. The staff were so lovely with my little girl from the person checking the tickets to the entertainers. They really made it a fun and memorable day. We also came for Halloween last year and loved it. Perfect for under 5s, especially the events. Take waterproofs as it's mostly outside. We'll be back for Halloween again this year!

Visited here during school summer holidays on a lovely sunny day.
We’re very lucky to have this on our doorstep.

We visited last year as well and Wonderland has really improved over the last few years.
We paid £58 for a family of 5 ticket. Our 3 children are aged 5, 3 and 3 for reference. We feel £58 is a reasonable amount to pay for what you get inside. All rides are included. There was a huge bouncy castle which was unlimited use, also included in the price.
At the moment they have a sand pit, which was a hit with our boys.

There’s lots going on through out the day too, biscuit decorating, disco, mad hatters tea party.

The staff/actors are really nice and friendly and good at their jobs. Especially the young guy on the ride in the winter wonderland section. Our boys found him very funny.

Everywhere is clean and tidy and well maintained. We had lunch here too. Cheeseburger and chips which were really nice. Average prices that you would expect to pay in my opinion.

We just had a really lovely day and I needed to write a review. I was surprised that it wasn’t particularly busy, and I hope that doesn’t have an effect on the standard of the place so I hope more people are encouraged to go!

Absolutely fantastic day, ages of children in our party were 11, 5 and 2, thoroughly enjoyed by all. The staff are outstanding, all in character and all brilliant at interacting with the kids. Definitely worth a trip and really reasonably priced. We took a picnic but wouldn’t have minded eating there as again, food very reasonably priced. Overall a really good day out.

Im not going to lie i was expecting more from this experience! We had completed the whole park within an hour and half! Some of the rides are a little old and battered but there is a ride for every child to go on! And on the positive side it is a beautiful theme park and is really fun to go around. Defo worth going when an even is on!

After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about attending despite already purchasing tickets. However ... I'm so glad we did go.

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who directed us on what was happening around the park during the afternoon.

We then headed down towards the white rabbit ride, we were again greeted by a friendly member of staff who engaged with my little boy who's 6.

The maze was great it was big enough that we could all enjoy it and take part but not too big that we got bored or regretted entering.

We went down into the woods to explore the nursery rhyme houses, it was great yes a little dated but it fit well within the Forrest environment. My little boy was able to identify which each character was and what house we were approaching next. The surroundings were beautiful and well kept.

I think once you have attended once unless something special is happening e.g. Christmas or birthday event I probably wouldn't visit again for a while but overall we had a great time

I had always had fond memories of wonderland as a child, so on a lovely hot weekend decided to visit with my own family and relive the nostalgia.

My first issue was the cost, £53 for a couple, children 3 & 8 and baby in pram (free). I think around the £30/40 mark at very most for a family would've been reasonable.

We then began a little stroll around the woodland, coming to the all year round winter village and fairytale cottages. Much to my suprise the fairy cottages and even some mannequins? Dressed as the characters that moved haven't been modernised or updated since I visited as a 3/4 year old way back in the early 2000's! For the price I expected something a bit more realistic or at least updated.

The rides were ok. fit my youngest (3) perfect but like I said very dated / basic and everything could do with a bit of modernisation, no excuses for the extravagant prices charged!

As previously mentioned, we paid £53 and received wristbands. We have a typical 3 year old who likes to remove his wristband and my partner put his on our baby's pram. This became an issue when my little excited 3 year old queued for ages for the caterpillar ride only to see the ride operated talk on a walkie talkie and then have the gate rudely slammed shut in front of him by a girl in a Cheshire Cat onesie stating that the wristband is an issue after starting the ride without him or even mentioning it.

We then explained the situation and waited for the ride to be over, so he could queue and go on. He then finally excitedly got a seat on the ride, waited 5 mins sat on only to be then told by the Cheshire Cat lady that the ride was now "broken" meaning he had to get off. My disappointed child got off the ride, only to see a few minutes later it then started again without him on!!

We did see the "mad hatter man" radio said Cheshire Cat lady and overheard about wristbands, even though if they'd asked we could have provided receipts and explained about toddler losing wristband!
Very disappointed the amount we paid and only being able to go on one out of two rides due to rude, problematic and uncooperative staff.

Other than ride issue my children loves the fairytale cottages even if dated and strangely love the place. Only bonus was it was very nostalgic as nothings changed since I was a kid myself!

We had a great visit to Wonderland recently. I visited with my 2 & 5 year old.
They loved the rides and could go on everything by themselves. The queue were minimal and the staff were very helpful getting the littlest one on and off rides.
We took a short walk into Telford park which is just next door for an ice cream and a play on the park and then went back in to Wonderland.
Everywhere was buggy friendly except the maze.

The staff went above and beyond for us when my son won a teddy at the hook a duck, which he then lost on the way home. I contacted the park and then got in touch the next day and very kindly sent me a replacement. Exceptional service and made a distraught child very happy.

Would highly recommend for a lovely day out
