It was well worth the 40 minute walk up a broad track through lovely woods to see the great views across the surrounding countryside from the top. There is parking along the road but I imagine at busy times this could be a problem.

Invigorating, you are tired when you get to the top, but the views are spectacular and invigorating. Could do with a few more parking spaces, but definitely worth a visit.

Walk to the top, enjoy the views. then follow the path down the other side. Steer left and the path brings you back to the car park which is free parking. Always people going up and down anytime. as it is a popular place.

Nice walk on summers day not to hard for most folk even got a cafe half way up ...called half way house...continue to the top for amazing views with a sundial in middle couple masts not sure the bike was good idea

Hi sorry we only went up the Wrekin once but the guy at the halfway house was super helpful..maybe you could try there first before taking mum up?..good luck! And I hope you get her up there 😀
