    Goood Venue
Saw Annie here and had great seats. Stalls L18 & 19. Start of raised area with a bit of extra leg room was a bonus. Fairly central view of stage. Booked the VIP experience (drinks & nibbles in Lounge). To be honest was only worth it pre-show to have a seat whilst waiting for auditorium to open before the show. Not enough time in interval to have a sit down and go toilet so wouldn't bother booking lounge again.

Good view from the Upper Circle despite the height from the stage
I had a seat in row BB in the Upper Circle, and despite the height from the stage had a good view. Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes before the performance, but if you arrive before then, you are allowed access to the bars, corridors, toilets etc. It's probably best to pre order interval drinks and refreshments to save time and skip the queues. On the afternoon I visited, the hand held credit card readers weren't working, so ice creams weren't available in our section of the theatre.

    Need hand rail
Enjoyed a fantastic show, 42nd Street. On the whole experience v good. Just feel a handrail is needed to the front rows in the stalls. Also the house lights should be full when you are trying to find your seat. A disabled toilet just off the aisles would be an asset. Otherwise an excellent experience with great staff.

Great afternoon out but AVOID the cocktails! !
Great local theatre with good restaurants, bars and parking nearby. However, we ordered drinks at the bar when we went in and were not impressed! I ordered a Mojito which was listed as £11.25 on the menu and it was horrific. It was some strange pre-mixed thing that had an aniseed taste. I return to the bar with my friend who had purchased it and was told we needed to wait for a supervisor. Long wait later and the supervisor arrived who informed us he would refund it and that it was discounted to £5 anyway (we checked our receipt and this was indeed the case) as they had so many complaints and drinks returned that they were just trying to get rid of the pre-mixed stuff. If they knew how horrid it was it would have been nice to know when we ordered it that a) it was discounted in the first place and B) why it was discounted. I would then obviously have said thanks but no thanks. Avoid the cocktails!!!

    Enjoyable experience
So few words to say about the place. Clean and tidy throughout, great seats with space. Liked the fact that the lobby is large so as soon as the show ended you could all leave swiftly rather than queueing like you do in many other places. There was security and it felt safe. All round a good experience.

EXcellent and a F ull House
We went for WNO's "Traviata" and the place was 100% rammed. The theatre coped well with the huge numbers, but we were in the circle where each row had something like 60 seats and there were numbers of people trying to get in the wrong end. As quite a lot of the audience were elderly, it was a bit of a struggle ...

    Cinderella the pantomime…..wow
Cinderella the pantomime was an utterly awesome experience. Having visited with my children in the past I was unsure about four adults going to the panto…..but wow I was blown away. Brian Connolly was amazing, as was the whole cast. I laughed, I cried, I was in awe and the horse and carriage…..just how did that happen…. Spectacular and an absolute Christmas essential. I cannot praise it enough….stunning. Thank you to the theatre, the cast and everyone involved. Now Christmas can begin.🎄

Great theatre and superb panto performance, as always!
Fabulous pantomime! We go every year and it never fails to disappoint with family young and old. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are modern and excellent. Performances throughout the year from ballet to pen man shows are without fail superb. We’re so lucky to have these facilities available to us

First visit to a great theatre
This was our first visit to this theatre, its a long journey for us, but we wanted to see the show. We were not disappointed. Great location near shopping centre and loads of places to eat. Theatre lovely and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, seats fairly comfy and most seats I would day would have a decent view. We really enjoyed our first visit here and will return.

Expensive tickets, bar, you need a mortgage to get a drink. Staff obviuusly on below minimum wage, they are so grumpy and rude

Went to see Aladdin. OMG fantastic. I have no words to describe the scenery fantastic. The theatre itself is like others I've been too, just could do with more toilets! Drinks and items are way over priced. A 'medium' measure of rose wine and a bottle of 7 up, 13 quid! The wine would be classed as small in a pub. £11 for 2 popcorn on top of £80 each tickets!

I went to see Aladdin. A brilliant show. That said I went in with a friend who was not staying and as soon as they saw I had mobility problems their first suggestion was that my friend stay and wait for me. The next, I left and they sent another ticket for another night. When I insisted I was not leaving and she was not staying(after all I am 57 ,I'm allowed out at night) I was escorted to my seat. Only a lift and 3 steps to it. Kept and eye on and then almost escorted out of the theatre. I only shook her off when I made an excuse to go to the loo. . Seriously the staff need to look at the Equally act 2010 section 2...... if you have a mobility problem avoid the place. Disability discrimination training is needed and more availability to talk to staff before a visit would be sensible

Performance was amazing and the space is great. Usually a lovely experience. However, when my Mother asked them if we could change our seats in the interval because she was in pain and her view was completely blocked by the man in front. They were very rude offered no apologies for my Mother being in pain and the best they could offer us was some seats right at the top which were okay but they were plenty of open seats else where we could have been sat in and offered some kind of apology. Again usually a lovely experience but the manger on staff wasn’t helpful one bit

Lovely theatre and shows but sitting on the back of the stalls is unbelievably hot some people said it was making them feel poorly . Need to do something about it or warn people when they book it’s not acceptable

Went to see Pretty Woman the Musical tonight. First time I’ve ever gone to the theatre alone, whilst my husband and kids went to the cinema ! When I arrived to check in, they informed me I’d booked the matinee (Noooo!) They immediately told me not to worry , got someone to help escort me to the box office and sorted me out another seat. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I’m so grateful and really enjoyed my first theatre trip solo. The show was brilliant with excellent atmosphere and seats. Amazing staff, lovely theatre and good prices for food and drink. I never write reviews, but felt so impressed and grateful tonight. Thanks so much .
