I confess to only have been here tjhree times previously since 2014, but there used to be a smart dress code and that contributed to the whole Monaco/Casino Vibe. I have really enjoyed my previous trips. I came in March 2023 as part of a group of people to find there's no dress code and basically no care. Surrounded by jeans, trainers and duffle coats it could as well have just been any seafront arcade. Couple this with terrible draft drinks (we protested the coke was bad but the staff were uninterested) and a barmaid who served us that actively frowned, didn't engage or even say hello. - Dil1 contributionNice looking casino, shame about the fixed machines that rob peopleIt’s a nice casino and the staff are fine to deal with. The issue for me was playing on the roulette machines which seemed to weighted in the casinos favour that it couldn’t have been more obvious. The ball would often seemingly land on a number that I’d have covered and then would jump at the last second to the number next door. Never would see that at an actual table. Also I deliberately a couple times wouldn’t place a bet at all and surprise surprise, the ball would land on a number I would constantly cover in other spins. You could also see the a big screen where you could see which numbers were being bet on by everyone and the amount of times the ball would land on a number that had minimal or 0 chips on it was so obvious a sign of a casino not quite subtle enough to hide behind the ‘house always win’ saying. Those machines need serious looking at or scrapping altogether as they just rob people of money. A game of supposed luck is anything but here, it’s a game of how quick can they take your money and I’m surprised no one has caused damaged to these machines with how infuriating the shady nature of them are.Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. worst experience, lot of romanians talking there language at the table,most likely playing together giving signs to each other, also there's friends may stay right behind you looking into your hands. NO DEALERS over there, which means players give cards,very easy for guys mentioned above to CHEAT.

Basically I hadn't been here for a while we came for a meal and a flutter the service in the restaurant not great staff had no experience for example brought a fork to the table carrying it by the end you eat with thats terrible then asked for a coffee in the restaurant only to be told they dont serve coffee in the restaurant very strange then there was only a few casino tables open so couldn't get on a table to play I asked why they couldn't open another was told no staff I also noticed that some of the croupiers and casino managers were very rude and arrogant towards players overall not at all what I expected very very poor unfortunately

We visited for the first time the Casino, and ate in the restaurant. Great Value, we enjoyed the food, very generous with the meat and was very tasty. Small point * I would have liked the food to have been hotter, and did mention that point. They really should have served it on hot plates, that might have helped.
Our Waitress “Nicol” Was very professional, happy and attentive, well done 👏 it makes a change to get good waiter service.

Visited the Casino first time at Milton Keynes. A gentleman named Mr. Ronan Ferguson noticed that I was confused and a bit lost. He was very kind to show me around and explain the setup. He was friendly and made me feel very welcome.
