Great Service again and again provided by the team at Chaineys. I needed a repair on one of my wheels. I left the wheel at the shop and collected it after they phoned to tell me the work was completed. My wheel is fixed and riding well now on my daily commute.

Superb service from Chaineys - no wonder they get such amazing reviews!
Mike and Matt have been incredibly helpful to me while I've been trying to work out what new bike to get, offering lots of valuable advice and letting me do outdoor test-rides.
Chaineys are competitively priced and, being an independent bike shop, you know you'll get impartial advice from knowledgeable people who care about what they do.
Thanks so much - fantastic work, guys!

Excellent service again from Matt
Such a nice person to deal with
Had a on going problem with my electric bike
which was no fault of Chaineys and it was replaced with a new one within the week
Nothing is too much trouble and customer after sales fantastic
Would definately recommend chaineys cycle shop to anyone who wants good honest service

I have been using Chaineys Cycles since 1993. It is the only place I use to service my bikes. Friendly atmosphere.

Excellent, personal service from both Michael and Matthew. They helped me to select my new bike, with no high-pressure selling.

I'd forgotten what good customer service looked like. These guys have nailed it!
They know their bikes, causes of issues and won't advise you to get the best parts they think you can buy. They have always advised me on suitable parts at a competitive price.
I can't seem to find a bike fault they can't remedy (and I've tried my best)
Staff and friendly, will remember you and your bike and aren't afraid to give advise even if it means they don't get a sale that day. Proper bike geeks, love it.
I now get all my parts from here and any work I can't do or don't have time to do they are more than willing to do for me.
See you guys again soon no doubt 👍

For over 25 years, Chaineys have been in the small development at Shenley Church End and their survival is due to offering helpful friendly sales and service, at acceptable prices. The range of new bikes covers most budgets and while you can buy bikes cheaper in MK, and there may also be cheaper places to get your bike serviced, but for all round service, and a good stock of spare parts, Chaineys is hard to beat.

I've been here several times now to get bikes serviced and repaired. Staff always very friendly and can trust them to give appropriate advice. Very nice to see genuine bike enthusiasts who care about their customers. I have always been happy with the quality of work received. Their willingness to help sometimes at short notice is much appreciated and would not hesitate to recommend.
