Clive’s taxi we have used Clive a number of times. We have always found him to be prompt, pleasant, clean, tidy and a very comfortable. Whether it’s been airport runs or more recently in December 2023 a number of hospital appointment. He has certainly provided an excellent service, taking the stress out of some difficult situations for us. I particularly like the fact that he is happy to wait to take us back after our appointment. Which is stress free and comfortable. He is certainly the taxi service we will use in 2024.

Fantastic service this evening. Reliable, Punctual and friendly. Took some of the stress away from worrying about a hospital appointment. I couldn’t say how long I would be but he waited for me.

Hi, we drove to Cophall Farm just a few mins away from Gatwick airport where we left our car as this is a compound car park.
They took us and luggage to the airport and dropped us off at terminal, they also gave us a card with their phone number on for us to ring on our return where they were waiting to collect us and take us back to collect our car.
We have used them many times and can recomend them.

I initially booked a cab from this firm 2 days before I needed picking up from a friends wedding- only when I called the firm at the time of the booking did they tell me that they didn't have any record of the booking and I would have to rebook.
I then did rebook- and no cab turned up.

Dear Sir.When was this cab booked, as we record all our telephone bookings for future reference and safety and yours does not appear to be in any of our job booking recording files, anywhere.
We can not except that you booked through us.There is no email booking, or off the phone booking, for you recorded, stretching back over the whole bank holiday weekend.
Sorry but you are mistaken about this.Please look in to the problem you have had again and decide if you are referring to the proper taxi service that you used, as there are others that are similar and easy to get confused with.
