About
Located at the heart of Milton Keynes, Campbell Park hosts many of Milton Keynes’ major festivals and events. Its imaginative mix of formal gardens, water features, woodland and open pasture mean it’s an ideal spot to enjoy the changing seasons. At the top of park is a memorial to one of Milton Keynes’ founders, Lord 'Jock' Campbell of Eskan, reading 'If you seek his memorial look around'. A new piece of public art, the MK Rose, created by internationally renowned artist Gordon Young, was installed on the site of the former fountain and pond and officially launched in November 2013. Nearby, the Belvedere, offers views into Bedfordshire. Look out, too, for the labyrinth with a working sundial at its centre. Chain Reaction, the distinctive sculpture overlooking Campbell Park, celebrates all those who played a part in Milton Keynes’ creation. It is one of several artworks in the park which are also part of the Milton Keynes Art-walk.

I was too busy enjoying the mobility scooter trail around the many joys of the park to bother digging out my mobile to take photos

Stumbled across this beautiful spot so very close to the city when I was wandering around. Who knew Milton Keynes had this to offer. Well worth a visit to the pyramid to see the view
Just glorious.

Lovely park with lots of art statues to see. Peaceful and quiet. There is a mix of open areas, garden areas and wood paths.

Great scenic park a stones throw away from the Milton Keynes shoppping centre with links to Gullivers and the new pub Warbler on the Wharf. It's got quiet spots to sit back, read and have time to yourself. They have free roaming sheep at set times in the year. They have festivals here too. It's right next to the new Hotel La Tour as well. Basically a huge park in the MK City Centre

Campbell Park is a glorious open space and well worth exploring. I have been to Milton Keynes many times and to my shame I have never visited this park until now.

I would definitely recommend checking it out if you enjoy open spaces. There are plenty of paths to walk along as well as water features and the Grand Union Canal flows alongside the edge of the park.

There is a small amphitheatre and a few sculptures to discover. It is only about 5 minutes walk from the shopping centre and there is plenty of parking there although you have to pay for it.

Well worth visiting to enjoy.

An excellent mid town park that can be used for any number of activities from a casual walk, a run or even a lap or two of the Cylocross track.
Very rural feeling when down off the beacon top, but yet only 5 minutes from the primary shopping a business districts of Milton Keynes.
Lots of Artwork scattered around the park and nearby footpaths
The Parks trust do an amazing job at maintaining Campbell park and all the other parks in and around Milton Keynes
