Gone downhill! I used to go every couple of months, and I used to book therapists by name as I knew they were good and would provide a strong and effective massage. Over time, all the decent therapists have left so whenever I book I make a request to book a therapist who can provide a strong massage. I went yesterday and it was awful, I felt she didn’t know what she was doing - and refused to give more pressure when I asked for it, as she said she’d be in rouble if I bruised!! This has never been a problem in the past. Put pressure on bone joints rather than knots! Usually they crack any tension throughout your upper body, she didn’t achieve this once - I know she was trying to from some of the technique she was attempting, but she wasn’t targeting the right pressure points or have the strength.
I complained to the owner at the end who did not care, she said if I wanted someone strong I should have booked for midweek. This is something I was not told when I specifically booked someone strong. It’s a shame, for me this place is local but I will no longer support this business. I will be going to another place in at albans which have always been very consistent!

Very friendly and clean place. I regularly have massages here as they know how to release any tightness. I would recommend this place to all.

What can I say! When asked where I wanted the focus; I said back and shoulders. I quickly realised that it was my ENTIRE body which needed attention. Oak (my therapist) was a dream! She tended to my body with care and precision. It was a little painful at first, due to the stiffness of my muscles, but it got more bearable.
First time here and I will be back! A hidden gem in the heart of Watford Town.
The space was clean and COVID measures were in place, so I felt at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend to loosen out those knots caused from working from home and sitting behind a desk all day.

If you’re looking for a proper Thai massage then this is your place. I felt like I was back in Thailand. The ladies were really good. And the atmosphere were nice and zen. Good amount of pressure - when it was too much she did stop and reduce it. Clean rooms. Covid safe. The room was disinfected as soon as I left. £50 for one hour massage - I’m not sure if this is the going rate in London (Watford) but I was happy enough to pay it.
The sure offer what they say they do - which is a proper Thai massage. 🙌🏽

Professional but friendly and welcoming receptionist, clean and comfortable venue, fantastic massage. Therapist was gentle with my injured shoulder and made sure I was comfortable and ok with the pressure. Felt very relaxed and will definitely be returning!

Amazing massage by Noi. Lovely surroundings and definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. Had issues with my shoulder and the massage really helped. Will definitely go back.

Really happy with the massage with Noi. I had the Thai Tradional Massage and Noi did a superb job. She had a friendly energy and applied good pressure and definitely was focused on what she was doing. I felt energised after the massage and really enjoyed the hospitality of the owner and staff. I would certainly recommend to friends and would go back again.

Lovely Spa that offer brilliant hospitality. I have been for a couple of massages, explain to your therapist if you have a specific niggle and they will do their best to help. Can be either very relaxing or help to relieve pain, whichever you need.

I’ve just returned from a trip here with a friend. We both had Thai Massage with oil. Oh my goodness, to say it was amazing is an understatement, I’ve had Massage in many venues by various therapists but this was by far the best. Not only was the Massage amazing but the rooms are spacious, decorated nicely and the therapists are very professional. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!
