We visited on a Friday and purchased the heritage walks leaflet from the very disinterested staff member. We spent some time in the shop while she pretty much ignored us. She could have easily understood we were new to Tewkesbury and had every opportunity to...More

We only popped in for some local information and a map but the ladies in the information centre couldn't have been more helpful, charming and entertaining. What a wonderful asset to a beautiful small town!

We wanted to visit The Heritage Centre as part of a full day out in Tewkesbury. The lady in the visitor centre was very helpful but I cannot rate this any higher than average as the main part was closed.

Quite a short trip round this wonderful old building. Lots of interactive bits and pieces for the kids to get into. Loved reading about the battle!

Excellent exhibition explaining the history of the town including the eponymous battle of the Wars of the Roses fought just a short distance away. It puts the other historical parts of the town into context.

Worth a look, especially if you've already popped into the Tourist Information Centre on the ground floor (excellent, helpful staff here).. It's geared towards school groups but still of interest to adults.
