Well what a shame, used to love this place have take my girls here for over 8 years never again will I step foot in there, maybe half full probably less. A 45 minute wait for 2 children’s jackets that came stone cold, literally couldn’t of been colder it was as if it had just come from the fridge! Sends them back saw them being microwaved came back STILL cold! Table next to use had been served cold still half frozen sausage for their toddler they had also sent it back twice also are you trying to poison the poor children? They also stated They found the staff intimidating. It seems food is either deep fried of microwaved and certainly isn’t checked with an appropriate probe device to comply with food safety regulations Witnessed staff bringing bread baguettes down from upstairs without any packaging then 3/4 people handling them without washing hands first. Manager was down right rude no apology just aggression when I asked why there weren’t being gloves worn or hair nets stating if I was going to be rude to him he will be rude back fantastic management right there. I genuinely have never wanted to leave somewhere as fast. No age check on the larger slide my daughter was able to launch her self down even though she’s not old enough and then hurt her foot. Baby walkers and ride on toys look like they haven’t been washed in a few years and I certainly wouldn’t of put my child in them. One thing I’m grateful for is I didn’t have my child with a suppressed immune system with me I dread to think what she would of caught, like I say a shame used to enjoy coming was only there just over an hour and that was far too much

I recently visited Giddy Kids and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. It was very clean, cleaner than a lot of other soft plays I have been to in the area. My little boy loved the main frame and spent the whole 2 hours loving life. The prices are in line with most other soft plays i have been to. I think some of the reviews are a bit harsh and unnecessary, I would personally come back again with the kids for sure. One thing that could be improved is better communication of opening hours on the website and sticking to the hours advertised.

Went to giddy kids, not been in a long time so thought we’d have an afternoon out. What a disappointment!! The place is absolutely pitch black ( no lights on ) and the lights that are on are a strip in the centre so anything either side is dark and dingy. Food over priced and the size of a saucer, really disappointed. You have to buy an over priced brew just to stay warm because they don’t have any form of heating on. Definitely a let down and definitely not returning. The little one liked it don’t get me wrong but I don’t know what illnesses he’s going have after the visit. Maybe a call to the CDC is in order. Anyhow photos show what I mean.

My husband and I took our 15 month baby girl to this venue for the first time. I was absolutely appalled when I took her to the baby changing room. It was disgusting to say the least. The mat was filthy and the table on which the mat was placed had so much dirt on it ( and god only knows what else)! I took one look at it and walked off! I cannot believe how a place can charge & remain open when it’s in a state of such unhygienic conditions. I normally do not write reviews but just wanted to let other parents know how awful it is there. The staff looked overworked, tired & unenthusiastic. Definitely not a place you would want to take your children to.

Giddy Kids with my first child 10 years ago was great....I've been back a couple of times recently and it's taken a real dive.My visit today will be my last. The baby changing table is filthy with bits of God only knows what in all the corners and the nappy bin stinks to high heaven. Having ordered pizza and waffles with tomato and cucumber, I was presented with a plate complete with blackened pizza along with the question "is this ok or do you want me to do another?" Needless to say it went back. There were 2 pieces of mushy tomato, along with 2 rock hard shrivelled pieces of cucumber, and when the pizza returned it was doughy and undercooked. I went looking for a high chair, and every single one of them was coated in a film of grease, and most of them had dried on food stuck to them. When I mentioned it to the management and requested a cloth and disinfectant to clean the chair, I was joined by a member of staff who clearly thought it was beneath her to be cleaning highchairs. She gave one a quick wipe over, and then walked off leaving the rest of them in the disgusting state I'd found them in. Had the place been packed to the rafters, it could possibly have been excused however we were one of 2 groups of patrons comprising of 4 adults and 5 children. I can't help but think that as a childrens play centre, if they're incapable of maintaining the cleanliness of something as basic as a few highchairs and a baby changing room, there is something seriously wrong. Ps and don't touch the balls in the ball pool either, they're somehow greasy and sticky all in one 🤮
