Good for the children not good for the adults

A great place for the children to play. Adults - £6 a child which I think is very expensive. Car park is dreadful, everyones parking everywhere, it's very full and you have to... read more

I paid to have my daughters birthday party here for 20ish friends. She wanted a Peter Rabbit Party and I had previously spoke to them about setting this up, when I turned up on the day I wasn't allowed in till ten minutes before her party started (when all her friends and family had already started arriving) We then went... Generally I have been fairly happy with my visits to Jollie's - my daughter absolutely loves playing there and she can climb and tumble round which is ALL she wants to do at the moment. The food is fine (probably better than I'd expect) and the service is generally good when ordering hot food. BUT this is all overshadowed by... More

Visited in January with my young children. Appalled by the attitude displayed by the staff - rude to the point of being aggressive - everything was too much trouble. We felt we were a nuisance for asking for anything. Read one review about being barked at by the older lady at the entrance and that is exactly what happened to... More

A fab soft play area for toddlers and one for older kids which is quite challenging. there is plenty of seating for adults and a cafe which serves hot and cold food. It has a limited menu but it is adequate for what it is. Entrance charges vary according to the time of the year/ day Off peak adults and... More

My niece of 2, sister in law and I went to pass some time on a miserable Tuesday. The play centre is good, my niece loved it. The blue slide of rapid! The food was pretty good for a play centre. The steak burger was something you would expect in a pub. They were just installing a new coffee machine... More

What can I say I bet places like these are gold mines if run correctly. We were greeted by a member of staff that had forgotten how to smile. She barked the words "sign here". We sat down a let the kids off to play. Went to order a coffee to be told the machine is out of service and... More

This place has great potential but there's two things they have never, from the very day they opened, got right. The first is their staff; they have the least friendly, least helpful staff out of all the play centres in the area. The second is the food. We ordered food for myself, my partner, and our little one. Little one's... More

Thank you for your comments. We do take them very seriously and are very disappointed with your feelings. We take comments very seriously and try to make necessary improvements.
