Fab show (we saw ed gamble, hilarious and his support chloe petts was also awesome) however the venue really let the experience down. First of all, it was impossible to find out what time the show would run, the tickets just said 7.30, and it was unclear whether this was the door opening time or the show start time (this often carries by show/venue), easily fixed by popping something on the website. When we arrived 20 mins before the show was due to start we queued at the bar for a drink however there were only 2 people serving drinks, so those of us later in the queue were told if we wanted a drink they would be shutting the doors and we would have to miss the first 5 mins of the show. The staff behind the bar were fab and working as fast as they could, but there simply were not enough of them! Appreciate sicknesses cannot be helped (unclear if this was the issue), but this could have been eased by making it clear what time to arrive so we could plan ahead and arrive early, or having more serving behind the bar.

Went to see Chris Ramsey who was brilliant and we laughed so much. What ruined the evening was the heat. Nearly all of the audience were fanning themselves with whatever they could find. Chris Ramsey thanked us for coming and sitting in "what was the hottest room on the planet". It was unpleasant sitting dripping in sweat through the performance, some people even left early. What made it all the more ironic was that I'd received an email 2 days earlier reminding me of my visit and advising that they were using air con so I might like to bring a cardigan with me!!!!!! I wish!!!! Mind you that email was headed up "your booking for Aladdin" so who knows if it even applied to me. Even the staff were looking very hot and wet when we left.
Chris and his support were great .

Booked tickets at 12pm for a 1pm show on Boxing Day. Arrived at 12:45 to be told the show was cancelled the day before. No one had the foresight to freeze ticket sales. They could not refund the money….Boxing day ruined! They get one star because the young lady left to deal with all the crap was polite and apologetic

Very interesting talk Making of a murderer . Venue was poor . Only one bar open understaffed with long queues . The start was delayed whilst the queue was served . Everyone who was seated roasted whilst we waited … is there air conditioning ?
The raised seating in the stalls was ridiculously cramped . We moved at the interval to an aisle seat to avoid DVT . Seats were in poor state being ripped and taped . An emergency exit light flickered on and off throughout the talk .
Would avoid booking the venue again .

Booked to see a children's show with my 2 year old. As we entered the theatre, she didn't seem very happy and as the lights went down she started crying - a lot! The staff were amazing. We were told we could go to the back, at the balcony, if we wanted and we were given ear defenders to see if they helped. Neither did, so we decided to leave the theatre and as we were leaving another lady said that it was showing on the screen in the foyer, that we could sit there. We sat for a short while, a lady came to check on us and also offered my daughter a lolly (asking permission first!). We decided to leave after 30 mins as my daughter still wasn't happy, but I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that were so helpful and made us feel as comfortable as possible. We'll hopefully be back in the future at some point!

It was great that a show I had got tickets for nearly two years ago was finally going ahead. It was in the smaller theatre, which was very full and had s great atmosphere.
All the staff were very pleasant and it was another great night here.

The panto was amazing, we go every single year and it has never failed to impress. Sean and Mary Mac are incredible every year. The flow of the show was just brilliant. Honestly it's the most lovely Christmas tradition, fully recommend

We were in the area between Christmas and new year and was looking at things to do in the area. We saw the panto advertised so thought we would try it. We rang up just a week or so before our visit and managed to get two front row seats, there must have been a cancellation. The lady in the phone gave us lots of information about where we could park and told us all about Dolly!
We absolutely loved the panto. We laughed a lot and really enjoyed our time

As titled, visited with my daughter to see the radio Gaga queen tribute act. The show was excellent, fingers crossed they return next year.
The venue itself is ok,looks very dated and tired. Parking was chaotic and limited so thankfully living local we go a lift there and back. My only slight moan was pre-ordering a drink for the interval I arrived to find my “pint” was only a third full of beer and the rest was froth!!
I’m too polite to take it back so queued to buy another,so won’t be pre-ordering again!
Other than that a great evening and look forward to returning for the George Michael tribute show at the end of September.

Had a great evening watching Henning Wehn. View was good from the balcony. Seats were comfy but a little too close together. The ale served at the bar was excellent. Lounge was comfortable and well laid out. Gents loos needed some repairs and looked shabby; looked like some serious water damage. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice venue generally.

Sorry for the delay - I’ve been travelling. Leamington now has parking charges on all centre streets. Costs vary according to day and time. I suggest you Google Warwickshire CC and look up Parking.
