Have just completed 'The Way of the Roses' on a 5 Day trip. Great countryside even in the rain on the first two days and really well organized by Shane and Kay. Their choice of stage distances worked well for us and took into account the terrain and our likely tiredness. The accommodation was welcoming and well placed in each location and the pick-up and return taxi trip, from Bridlington, with Kevin was very good. I would happily recommend OROS based on this experience.

Brilliant coast to coast cycle trip following The Way of the Roses from Morecambe to Bridlington over 4 days. Everything was really well organised in advance with great communication from Kay. The route was amazing and the accommodation was perfect. Shane picked us up at the end and returned us to Morecambe; everything went very smoothly and was professionally organised. Thanks for a fantastic adventure!

First trip with OROS and so pleased we chose them! We’re 3 seasoned cyclists from Jersey, usually cycling independently in France. Decided to keep to the U.K. to be safer in these current times, and did The Way of the Roses, over 4 days and it was a brilliant trip, even with a thorough soaking on our second day over the Dales!! The overnight stops were absolutely excellent and well chosen and Shane was really helpful when we had to change our first night accommodation due to isolation restrictions for Jersey Residents if we had stayed in Morecombe. So we ended up in Cumbria and he made a special journey to pick up our bags and give us a briefing. Amazing scenery with every turn on the road, weather was pretty kind too. The only difficulties we had (probably due to our wacky sense of direction!) was finding the correct route away from the overnight accommodation to get us back on the signposted route. We had a fantastic trip and OROS are so organized, friendly, accommodating and know their stuff. Highly recommend them and we’ll definitely book with them again for our next U.K. cycling adventure. Thanks Shane and Kay - lovely people!

Having just completed a, slightly leisurely, 5-day C2C ride with two friends, I have nothing but praise for Shane and Kay at OROS. I'm very pleased that a friend who had used OROS a few years ago recommended them to me. Shane was very helpful discussing options while I was organizing the tour back in January, and also while I was reorganizing the tour as a consequence of the COVID lockdown. All of the accommodation arranged was good. Luggage transfers operated efficiently, and the transfer back from Tynemouth to St Bees with Shane was very pleasant. Highly recommended. I would certainly book through OROS again [I'm not sure whether OROS had any influence on the weather, but it was also very good.]

This was our second trip with OROS and it was nothing short of brilliant. We rode Coast to Coast over five days and everything worked smoothly, every b&b was perfect, our bags were always there in time - what more could we ask for? Oh yes, they even managed to sort out the weather for us! Highly recommended and no doubt we will be back again next year. Thanks Kay and Shane.
