We walk the dog here regularly, the car park fees have just gone up and at £6/day I think that's expensive, that's a shame because the tea room etc are all lovely and dog friendly. Come on DMBC I think you're pushing it at those prices.

Great value for the price of parking at £1.00 for the first hour. Lovely gardens are well kept and the lakes are pretty and full of wildlife and ducks. Lovely family walk with wheelchair suitable pathways

It was Christmas so didn't go into the hall itself, but it was a nice place to have a walk round. Nice to see birds on the pond. Just remember to keep your dog on the lead at all times, there are signs saying this, but a couple of people didn't and their dogs ended up chasing after all the... More

We visited today with friends and family and while we found the grounds very enjoyable, we were disappointed with the service we received in the cafe. The waitress was not very friendly and informed us we could not order hot drinks to be served at the same time as our food. We would have to get our food and then... More

We love this place as it has everything you need for a cheap family day out. Dogs are welcome in the cafe and around the hall. I would just place them on a lead near the pond. It has stunning views and a great location for all the family.
