Excellent trip with plenty of informative boards to give historic context. And of course the highlight the Vulcan itself. Such a shame that it will not be remaining there

The evenings talks given by Martin Withers and George 'Johnny' Johnson were a resounding success. As the Vulcan Bomber XH558 towered above us, her wings spread as though protecting us, the two former servicemen gave us clear and informative renditions of just a few of the heroic things they performed during WW2 and the Falklands Conflict. The volunteers were extremely helpful and had time for any questions, their group photo showing how many out so much hard work into... More

An excellent evening with two incredibly brave men and their associated crew members, the likes of which probably, will never be seen again. It was interesting, and informative, and humorous with the audience spellbound. Congratulations to all the volunteers, who contributed to a very successful evening, well done!
