We had a great night - lovely 'pub' atmosphere with fires lit and cosy candles. Excellent staff and the food was delicious- especially the sticky toffee pud! Highly recommended

We had a fabulous dinner at Eight Bells. The lamb shank was great. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend this atmospheric pub.

I can only back up the other reviews recommending this pub in the Cotswolds. It is everything you'd expect: cosy, full of character and low beams (tall customers be careful). I had the fish and chips, which came perfectly accompanied by peas (and not as is sometimes the custom) with the fish plonked on top obscuring a portion of chips... More

Enjoyed a nice meal here. Lovely old pub, reasonable prices. Beware though, we got there at 6.30p.m.on a Wednesday, the time they start serving food and had the choice of two tables so it would be better to book.

Our tour guide recommended this quaint typical English Countryside Inn restaurant. The decor has a certain comfortable warm style and the service, despite the rush is efficient. We enjoyed the Calamari & Fish & Chips along with the local Pint Hooky.

We visited the Eight Bells for an evening meal during a holiday visit. The venue was quaint and full of old world charm. It was very busy that evening, but we managed to get a large table in the bar area with our dog. I have had some absolutely delicious food around the Cotswolds and this was actually one of... More

Called in because we heard dogs were allowed and we weren't disappointed. Unfortunately food want being served at the time we arrived, 3pm. There is a lunch menu that had finished then evening meals started at 6.30pm! A lovely place, very clean, friendly staff and of course dogs allowed. Will call back sometime for food!

Very good food (sausages and mashed potatoes), good beers, nicer than typical old setting. Be warned: the portions are enormous...
