Please tell people that the first 5 carriages of the train are unavailable instead of leaving without half the platform who are waiting for the train doors to open. We were left stranded in Manchester after the staff didn’t tell us which carriages were unavailable. We had to run to the other end and didn’t let us on after waiting on the platform for 10 mins before being told it was too late.…

Only passed through a couple of times but always feels stressful, trains don't seem to run on time and its very crowded. With everything going on, just doesn't feel safe, too many people and not enough crowd managing for my liking even though it appears to have lots of staff and BTP. …

May not be able to avoid it, but this is a very efficient station with some impressive architecture. Grand but also friendly. Heard so much about it. Just had to visit.

I am sat waiting on a family member to arrive, as I am doing so there is a member of staff who is letting people in and out of the platform, she is short with short reddish hair. Just hearing how she is with members of the public put a smile on my face! So polite friendly and cheerful! What a grate lady! I wish I had got her name! Keep up the good work 👌🏻…
