    Craft beer heaven.
The atmosphere and choice of beers were impressive. I love trying new craft beers, having not tried anything from Seven Bro7hers before I was more than happy to stumble across this bar!!! For stout drinkers I would recommend the chocolate and honeycomb stout, it was amazing. I’m looking forward to my next visit!!

Set on cutting room Square in the heart of Ancoats This is a terrific bar. The beer is varied and interesting brewed by themselves. They have a wide range and the prices are reasonable. We took a table in the ground floor area which was great, and there's a downstairs as well, which it seems to be very relaxing with leather sofas and so on. The staff were attentive and friendly, and it makes a great place to spend an hour or so.

    Pretty good
A busy midweek evening in this bar. I like the wooden decor and bar set-up. The beers are listed under "lager" which was odd and they do have a very good list though the two we tried were "light" in taste even though one was the their 7% stout.

Called in on the way home as we used to live round the corner and had always enjoyed our visits and said so on here but not this time.
The fact that we don’t have the NHS Covid-19 App on our phones hasn’t been a barrier before but here the guy looked at us like we were Neanderthals.
This despite a sign outside stating very clearly that we could provide our names and contact details.
He actually insisted on taking a credit card off us – the only time this has happened.
Our drinks were brought to us outside. Everywhere else this is where we would pay (see Sinclair’s Oyster Bar) but the guy just turned on his heels and walked back inside.
This was a Wednesday afternoon, with 4 other people sat outside. A few minutes later he came outside and collected the plastic tumblers and walked off, without asking if we’d like another drink.
We then had to go inside ourselves to be ignored for a while until someone deigned to ask us what we wanted. It was going to be another drink but we just paid and left.
Either this place is finding it hard to attract staff or they’ve given up with the training.
Either way, with 10 or 11 other places to drink nearby, we won’t be back.

Have visited the Seven Bro7hers bar a couple of times recently since reopening and we have really enjoyed both occasions we have been here!!

Other than being a touch on the pricey side (city centre though so expected) and not as bad as some places by far - this is a fantastic venue!!

Absolutely love the atmosphere in here, seems very welcoming and relaxed which is great. There is obviously an extensive selection of drinks available and the beers I have tried thus far have been very, very good - thoroughly enjoyable!

We have now sat both outside & inside and both are great locations - particularly enjoyed the sofa area downstairs.

Can’t wait to be back already, a must visit if your in & around the Northern Quarter / Ancoats area of Manchester!

We popped in for a drink to this establishment before heading over the Square for cocktails.
Has a large selection of beers, stouts and shorts and large tables taking the centre stage for the bigger groups but we managed to find 2 cozy chairs to settle into and enjoyed our drinks. The place was a little loud with the chatter but prices were ok and we image it packs out in the evenings and has a pretty good atmosphere.

The staff here are fabulous!! To say the place is dog friendly is an understatement - each time I have taken my very boisterous German Shepherd in here, he has had a bowl of water, chicken and lots of fuss before ours bums have hit a seat =)
Great choice of ales and pilsners. Lovely atmosphere. A must if you are in the Ancoats area

Been in before for drinks, nice enough bar, good range of beers but tried the food yesterday. One word, inedible.
The samosa pav: both samosa and bhaji incinerated on the outside and far too spicy on the inside. Accompanying fries were extremely salty, to the point of unpleasant.
Customer across from me could see I wasn’t enjoying it and asked me what I thought. Said his was exactly the same.
Neither serving should ever have left the kitchen for the customer.

I went some friends and My friend suffered xenophobia and racism on this place. Never come back.
If you are non white British don't go to this place. Never.
He said "to go back to where they come from" to my friend from Angola.

Just my second visit (see my review from Nov 19) but the level of service was just as good. I stuck to the session IPA again, but it’s top drawer so why not? The no cash approach is a bit of a pain for me as I don’t have a contactless debit card (my credit card is but it’s emergency only , and for good reason will stay that way) but that’s hardly a reason to mark it down. Looking forward to reopening as I have another group of friends who I would love to bring here.

Visited for the first time on Saturday 23/11 to meet a group of former work colleagues, some of whom had visited before. We stayed for a few drinks and some food. I was pleasantly surprised - the atmosphere was great, the range of ales was excellent and the food was good. The staff were very friendly and clearly understand what great customer service is all about. I was a little boring and stuck to the session IPA but it was excellent. All five of us had burgers - beef or jerk chicken and none of us were disappointed. I could have stayed longer but we wanted to find somewhere to watch the Man City v Chelsea game.
