The staff were very welcoming and very helpful and really ensured the safety and well-being of customers they managed to help each customer individually when the electronic locker service went down and they did this quite quickly. I lost my phone in the ball pool and three staff members went out of their way to find it one of the managed to find it. I was so happy I instantly took a selfie with him (which will provided here) . It’s truly a fun experience a chance to be a child again and I fully recommend it.

We visited on Wednesday 12th September to the Manchester branch in Trafford Park. It was a Jewish Holiday and so all the kids were off school and us together with a whole load of other Jewish families converged on InflateNation!

It was amazing!!! They were all so friendly and accommodating even though we turned their quiet Wednesday afternoon into a very busy one! There were lots of big families with many children and they were really understanding and patient! They even turned on some Jewish music over the speakers which we all really enjoyed! They let me and my husband switch on and off the inflatables even though we had only paid for one adult so we could take turns to help the big kids and supervise the baby alternately.

We also understand that they normally only allow food brought on the premises to be consumed, but since we can only eat a Kosher diet they were super easy going and allowed us to eat our kosher snacks in the building!

Thank you thank you so much, we will definitely be back and will tell everyone how great you all were! Thanks again!

My son turned 8 and I made a group booking for 14 kids to come for his party celebration. Whilst we could not have the party room, as this was fully booked for our dates, it was simple to put together a party anyway. You get a slight discount on the group booking, and on arrival I pre-ordered the food the kids had chosen to be served about 10 minutes after the end of the 1 hour jump session. We just put some tables together in the spacious upstairs viewing gallery area and it was an easy party. The kids had a great time & all totally loved the experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and accommodated all our requests.
My only minor criticism is that it seems impossible to phone the venue itself. You can only speak to head office (who were helpful but couldn't answer all my food questions, and said they could not put me through (!) so I had to make a special trip to the venue in advance to check the pre-ordering would be possible). The food was good, and apparently the pizza was "the best ever" according to one 11 year old critic!

Been here a few times... this will probably be the last visit. The toilets are filthy, need a deep clean. The Downstairs coffee shop is under staffed tables left a mess, hot chocolate watery and drinks overpriced.
I understand it’s half term etc but this business makes enough money to prepare for this.
Also the toddler area is pointless, older children jumping around and no staff members present to get then off. It’s not my job to find a staff member to raise this issue.
The place is good to burn some energy.

We went with my 1.5 year old daughter. She was overwhelmed by the larger part, but loved the baby bit. She played in there for the best part of an hour and was free from older children accidentally knocking her over.

I also had a couple of turns on the large slides which was fun. They let in just the right amount of people and you didn’t have to queue for anything really. Both the baby and the adults enjoyed the inflatables.

The drinks in the cafe were also very reasonably priced too. Staff in the cafe and on the front desk were pleasant and helpful. We were also informed of some toddler only sessions on a Sunday and Wednesday, which we will definitely be back to try because my daughter loved it so much.

Well what can I say! My friend and I are ladies in our mid fifties but like to live life to the max!

So, we heard that this giant inflatable soft play area had an evening ‘Adults Only Session’, erm...we just had to go!

Inflata Nation is a giant soft play area in a warehouse on Trafford Park in Manchester. It has all sizes of slides, ball parks, a tilting electric giant platform, basket ball nets, a gladiator arena, a bungee jump and so much more. We had a go of everything!

For £10 you can spend an hour just laughing and having fun being a big kid again!

It’s not just fun, it is high impact exercise and the bungee is also a little scary!

There is a cafe and upstairs there is a party area for young kids.

The staff are friendly and fun and it is just a funny night out, especially when you are around thirty years older than everyone else around you 🤣

Go on, be a devil and go and see for yourself!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Service in the cafe was great with staff bringing drinks over to us and cleaning away any empty cups and rubbish quickly. The young lad manning the entry to the inflatables was really nice, and advising where I can best get photos of my son. An overall good experience. Will definitely return again.

My son said he had the best birthday ever here at Inflata Nation. From start to finish we were well looked after. Our party host Jack B was amazing, really engaging kept us updated on what would happen and at what time. Remembered all the children’s names. Very impressed! Will definitely be going back and will definitely be recommending Inflata Nation.

I visited today with my two young children. The actual hour boucing around was good, although staff didn't take any notice of older kids in the under 4 section which resulted in my 2 year old getting hurt.

The bad part came when we went to the cafe (which was filthy). I only ordered chips, a panini and a pot of tea and 30 mins later I still didn't even have the tea. I asked at the till where the food and drink was only to witnessed a group fo staff members chatting away in the kitchen, manager included I later realised. Five minutes later dry, luke warm chips arrived followed by a panini that looked like rubber, with an admission all the food had been sat under heat lamps for a minimum of 10 mins. I said I'm not eating it, no one would have, and was offered a refund on the food but instead of a refund they charged me again! The manager, Lauren, was the poorest manager I've ever come across. She didn't even acknowledge me, just kept sending another member of staff over to me and no apology, until I actually walked up to her said to her are you for real? And she still couldn't have cared less. Now I have to wait for 5 days for my money back, despite it being half term and THEIR fault I was charged twice. I did speak to head office (who are based in the Manchester branch!?? ) to raise a complaint starught after I left but that was a pointless conversation because its clear mates stick up for mates.

The toilets are also absolutely disgusting. They smell of anomnia is so bad and there was no hand sanitizer in all but one dispenser throughout the building. Not exactly great with covid about but I was told I should have spoken to a member of staff about this, if they were actually doing their job instead of congregating in the kitchen for a fact then they wouldn't need telling, plus I couldn't find one!

I feel sorry for the family that own this business because the staff where that poor today (with the exception of Adam who was super kind and nice and friendly, especially with my children) they will run it into the ground.

My children loved it. Wish adults could go on, well they can with toddlers. Looked clean. It used to be trampolines so photos are old. It's now slides, ball pit, ball hoops, bouncing bubbles, maze and titanic inflator. Cafe small and prices between £2.20- £3 hot drinks or slushies.
