Attended the Mexican Cooking Together evening with my husband. Had a fantastic night. Such a warm welcome on arrival, great chef (and his assistants) that demonstrated what to do at each stage, so that we made our own delicious dinner.
I would definitely recommend Food Sorcery and we will be booking on another evening soon.

It was a lovely day spent with my friend n I would highly recommend it.
I think it would help if we had printed recipes in front of us. Just printed sheets would be fine
The only thing was the small pestle n mortar as it was fit for nothing. You could not do the paste in that as it was too small n went all over the place!
The last point was I thought dessert was supposed to be prepared by chef? But there wasn’t any.
But on the whole, a great experience n I would definitely go again.

Amazing night at Food Sorcery!
My friend and I went to a Korean cookery class and absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating of our dietary requirements. The food we cooked was amazing and they share the recipes so you can try at home. Will definitely be returning!

I bought this class for my daughter's birthday, she wants to be a chef, and we had such a lovely day. Everything was laid out and explained clearly, our chef Claire was brilliant. Best off we all got to sit down together after we had finished, eat our dishes and chat. A fantastic experience, I would highly recommend.

Firstly, the location and layout is fabulous. Super welcoming. Our chef Rick, was informative and very easy to follow. All the ingredients are laid out ready for you and all facilities lovely and clean. What we cooked was so good and tasty - all the recipes are sent to you for replication at home. I can’t wait to go back and do more classes with them.

I’ve always loved coffee but known little about it, so went for their 3 hour home barista class. Couldn’t have been better. The instructor Gav was really down to earth and clearly loves his subject.

What an experience! Salvatore, Max and the rest of the team were brilliant.
We learnt a lot, even for an amateur cook like myself!
Salvatore kept everyone engaged in the class and was always assisting with advise.
I would highly recommend the pasta masterclass and would do it again!

Really excellent day of baking in Manchester. Everyone was very friendly and the class was brilliant - very relaxed but informative and fun. Learned loads and would recommend for anyone who wants to start making bread or just improve their skills.

Went fo Foodsorcery at Didsbury, booked by my daughter for a family Christmas Gift. Not sure what to expect, but the evening (Saturday) was brilliant.
For some reason we were the only 4 booked in for the Italian night, but it meant we probably had more attention from the excellent Chef (Jan Cron).
Excellent tuition and the food (Tortellini starter and Sea Bass with Risotto main course) turned out very good.
Cannot recommend this experience highly enough and i am sure we will return for more!!!
