Such a great experience.. I booked the Cooking Together- Thai Experience for my Mum’s Christmas present and she absolutely loved it. The staff and chef were all so helpful and knowledgeable, which just made you feel really relaxed. We even got to take some of our leftovers home. I’d definitely recommend this experience to friends and family.

What an amazing chef and made the day fun and inspirational. The event was held in a relaxing setting, with a warm welcome. I will return guys. Thank you so much in enhancing my limited cooking skills. Big respect Kevin.

A brilliant and tasty event with Food Sorcery at Deansgate Square. The team made the booking process really easy and worked out a format that suited our high numbers and specific requirements. The team on the night were very attentive and knowledgeable, managing the event seamlessly whilst creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. Participants clearly enjoyed the experience, many had little or no cooking experience and they were all delighted to leave the event with their delicious creations. We would book again and are already thinking about the next event with Food Sorcery.

Lovely experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The drink as we arrived was lovely and not having to shop or wash up made it a winner. The demos were clear, then we cooked and ate. Would definitely recommend it and am already looking to book a different class.

Our class was at the Deansgate location. Greeted by friendly staff and a drink. We weren't drinking so they made us a cup of tea!. That set the tone for a great evening. We managed to produce a lovely meal under Chef's guidance, with very clear instructions. A really good atmosphere and good results. Helpful staff; nice location ; all made for a great evening. Went to the Deangate venue for sushi and gyoza making with my daughter. We spend a fortune on sushi so thought if we could learn how to make our own it would be a good idea. The venue was easy to get to - just a few minutes walk from the tram. We were welcomed with a complementary drink of our choice. Jan our chef for the evening was brilliant. So knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing. He showed us lots of little tips and tricks to enable us to make fantastic food. He also told us the best places to buy the ingredients. We ate some of our food on the night (it was hard not to eat the lot because it was so good) and then the team gave us containers so we could take the rest home. We both had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and would highly recommend this class to any sushi fans. Thanks to Jan and the team for a great evening.

We didn’t know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The team were lovely, very welcoming. We were with another 4 couples and we bonded over our complimentary drink. The chief was great, made everything easy to follow and walked round giving words of encouragement and hints & tips on getting the best from your dish. 2 great recipes that we can’t wait to try at home. Highly recommend

We went to the Deansgate venue. Warm welcome by the host and friendly staff upon arrival. Complimentary drink of your choice along with a canapé. Bar if you wanted to purchase more drinks during the evening. We watched the Chef prepare and cook. Chef was very knowledgeable, clear precise and entertaining, gave us lots of tips. We then returned to our cooking stations and attempted to make the dishes. Chef was on hand at all times to give advice or help out if you couldn’t remember what came next. We all sat at the table with the dishes that we had cooked, nice way of getting us all to socialise. Think there were 10 couples so 20 of us which was just a nice number. The staff cleared up which was great. No washing up. Very relaxed evening. Definitely go again. Highly recommended 10/10 Recipes are emailed to you afterwards.

Absolutely brilliant pasta making course. Loved how much pasta making and additional cookery was involved. The small group size meant you got to ask questions and learn a lot. We loved it and have booked two future classes. Fantastic, thank you!

Attended the Mexican cooking together class at the Deansgate venue, location is easily accessible from the train station. A warm welcome awaited with a complimentary drink and canapé. the chef demonstrated the dish then we replicated it ourself at our dedicated workstation. All the ingredients and cooking equipment was laid out so made things really easy. Plenty of food with the 3 course menu, we were stuffed by the end and were even given a take home container for the left overs. A bar was available for more drinks, plenty of choice and selection. The team were really welcoming, I will certainly be returning to try another class. Thank you for an enjoyable night.
