This 18c church is quite a gem. When we first visited, a service was in progress but we returned later and were able to explore the attractive interior. The nave, with its galleries, is really attractive, and the whole place exudes an atmosphere of spirituality.

I have lived in and around Manchester all my life - often walked past but never been in the lovely church. After a nice long lunch with friends - and wandering around the bustling Christmas markets we decided to look in the church. All four of us live within 5 miles but we had never been in. What made it... More

I have been there several time. I also have been for "Christmas Carol on St.Ann Church" for 3 times on every 24th of December. It is the heavenly place which brings anyone to a cool, joyful and good mood. I love to attend St.Ann sometimes when I know about the precious events.

Very nice and quietly, you feel the approach of the divinity. But some pictures lives a grey shadow over the inside arts beauty.

A beautiful little church in the heart of Manchester. I visited the church on two occasions as part of the Manchester Jazz festival and on both occasions, the acoustics were excellent. The church really added to the experience of the music that was being played.

We only had a quick look around, as being the only people there aside from staff/volunteers, felt disrespectful gawking too much at the inside of the church. It is only a small church but very beautiful inside. I can imagine that attending a service there would be wonderful (if one were so inclined).
