This is a great and quirky evening. We attended a Home Alone Christmas film showing and it was something very different and enjoyable. The baths put on amazing street food from different local markets (very much like GRUB Manchester) and there was hot mulled wine, beer and drinks available throughout the entire film. The lighting and decoration was great and it really was a great experience and evening. Naturally our visit being around Christmas time it was very cold. The venue do put in heating but this seemed to be turned off for the duration of the film (we presumed maybe because of noise) so make sure you wrap up warm and add the layers on as it does get very cold if you dont come prepared. There are blankets, and hot water bottles available to rent for a small price.

I visit once a year as part of a beer festival & the baths fit the purpose amazingly, it’s such a great space to hold an event in. Personally would I visit for a tour? Maybe not, but viewing it as part of a festival or trades fair included in the entry fee is a great experience.

This is an amazing building and the tile interior is AMAZING ... I love old tile such as Wally Close and Subway tile and I collect and recycle/renovate and upgrade old tile, stone, glass in my art. The tile in this building is a trip back in time and an amazing tribute to the art of tile in the UK.

This was a fascinating visit to an historic building which has been saved by public interest, and in particular a group of volunteers ` the friends of Victoria baths` who through their hands on work and efforts in securing finance have made this building an important place to visit for all kinds of reasons.
