My partner and I often like to mix in workout activities to holiday sightseeing experiences. This pool is perfect. Something unusual for the tourist who likes to avoid the usual touristy areas and crowd. I feel the place could use some maintenance work as some parts are quite old. Keep the charm!!

Lovely municipal swimming pool located in the old baths, wonderful building and really good swimming pool. Individual changing cabins which you then leave you stuff in and lock and take the key with you (need €1 coin - returned once you are finished). Shallow one end and 3m depth on the other side. We went in the middle of the... More

My 10-year-old and I visited this pool about an hour before closing time. Parking was easy to find in nearby streets. Only the main pool was open. We were welcomed and led by a kind staff member to a small, private changing cabin after paying the very low entry fee. There was a lane for swimming laps with several people... More

It is just an old-well-conservated strabourgeois building, but it is an historic story about the bains municipal. They were a place to meet people centuries ago. You can see them if have time enough to.

Very quaint and interesting architecture, can be a bit slack on the cleanliness at times. Prices are reasonable, and the structure allows one to get away from the outside cold for a few hours without spending a fortune. Some of the fixtures (showers, baths, handrails) could do with a bit of TLC. The Bain Romain is more fun than the... More

Amazing building. To swim in an historical building is just fantastic!! The Roman Baths are incredible. Nudity is obligatory. Relaxation, wellness, nice people. A must in this wonderful town. There is a big hammam, three swimming pools with different temperatures (cold, medium, warm), two saunas, relaxation space. Big lockers. Built in the XIX century, everything is still original: marble, brass... More
