French artist and illustrator that lived in New York

Great museum of Tony Ungerer, his works are remembered by young and old as he illustrated children's books and satirical posters on the Vietnam War.

Put this on your list. Firstly because of the building and how it has been converted. The displays of the cartoonish are thought-provoking, sometimes scary and occasionally downright offensive - but in a Tom Lehrer way (if you know his genre you willo be bang on). Lots of Tomi's toy collection are in the Beaux Arts Museum in Rohan Palace

Even though you maybe not know Tomi Ungerer the museum is interesting and very well positioned and made. It is a modern one but the kids can enjoy it as well. In the "basement" there is a expo for adults as well. I would recommend it. It is small but not too small and offers a lot.

If you have a taste for skilful artistry and sharp satirical humour, don't miss this delectable little museum dedicated to the work of Strasbourg-born cartoonist Tomi Ungerer. His work for children is a delight, packed with quirky detail, and his more adult cartoons deliciously bawdy (though not for the easily shocked).

A charming exhibition of illustrations in a lovely building. Tomi Ungerer came from Alsace but lived in New York where he drew satirical cartoons against racism and the Vietnam war. His unusual illustrations for children's books are funny and beautiful. He lives in Ireland now . Worth a visit. His frog kama sutra drawings are a giggle

One of the funniest displays of 'erotic' art I have seen in ages.In the basement (of course). I recommend taking time to view this thought provoking display. Not a GREAT artist but commercially viable and communicates to a lot of people.

Three floors of exhibitions in an attractive house with good aircon which added to the pleasure on a hot day. Don't miss the sexy frogs in the basement!

The museum is small, but very nice. The highlight was all of the Cathedral drawings. They were quite funny. Beautiful building, nice location.
