Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Picked up the flyer for this at the Tourist Centre, rang the number and like the flyer told us where to meet. Was really easy to find. A quick transition onto our bikes, and our guide (spoke very good English) got us underway. We loved how guides knowledge was shared. We learnt a lot. Main places of interest for us was Vauban Dam and covered bridges, Petite France and the Orangerie Park. I loved seeing the stork’ nests on the chimneys at the park as had seen nature TV programmes about migration. Thanks for a great guided tour.

With only one day to visit Strasbourg the pedicab tour was the prefect introduction. There were many things we would have missed on foot and on our own. The one-hour tour gave us enough to know what we wanted to return to and explore more. Our guide, Jean-Charles was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He picked us up from our hotel which was a big plus. He pointed out some great local's restaurants. We also had plenty of stops for photos. Jean-Charles was brilliantly skilled at navigating the pedicab through the crowds and alleyways. We felt completely safe at all times. My teenage daughter loved the tour as well!

What a fantastic way to see Strasbourg with Jean the ultimate guide. Jean provided lots of history and stories about the old and new city. We would never have know that the new city was so beautiful with fantastic parks to ride through. With it being a very hot day he was very skilled in finding shady spots for us while he provided information about the city. The "drinks" stop in the new city was a welcome break. The trip finished up being longer than advertised which non one minded as it added extra value. The (green) bikes were good and while promoted as "sporty" the ride wasn't too demanding (even for us as retirees). We would highly recommend as a great way to see both the old and new city. The meeting place is opposite a cafe that is also a bike hire shop - the company is Cyclorama.

BEWARE: The absolute worst city bike tour we have ever taken (we’ve enjoyed at least 6 in various cities around the world). Cash upfront should have been a clue. We didn’t sign up for an architectural history class. We stood in the very hot sun for longer than we rode the bikes. Way too much detail. The whole point of being on a bike is to see many places even though they may not be close together. A bike should allow us to get a sense of the city visually rather than by listening to someone give us a history lesson. Others in our group felt the same, it was truly awful and I will be much more careful in future when selects bike tour. Waste of 35euros/person.

We had a great time seeing Strasbourg on bikes with Josh as our guide. He was so knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking to him about the interesting history and people of Strasbourg. His English was very good and he was easy to understand. We were able to cover a lot more of the city than we would have been able to on a walking tour. We highly recommend this tour!

Me and my 15year old booked the trip the day before. The meeting point was eazy to find and we got ashort introduction before we got our bikes. The bikes were in good condition.
We toured the city for 2.5h with many stops.
I would really recommend this trip.
