Eglise St. Louis des Chartrons is a gothic church located on Place de Langalerie. It is a historical one full of paintings and stained glass windows. I enjoy the quiet atmosphere inside.

another gothic church in Bordeaux... not all too much to see inside, but a nice setting in a easy going neigbourhood.

A small example of other Bordeaux churches. Go inside and see the perfect church. Don't forget to look at both ends of the church.

A lovely neo-gothic Church with stellar stained glass windows. There is a massive organ, and it is not on the traditional tourist trail, so it is a lovely place for peaceful reflection.

We first saw the towers lit up at night and knew we had to go visit. We were not disappointed. If you visited St Michel and were pleased, then St. Louis will not disappoint. In fact the restorative work done on this church is how...More
