This museum is just a short walk from the beach. Fantastic history about chocolate. The ticket even comes with 4 pieces of different chocolate! Some interesting historical items to see and read about. We got some nice hot chocolate drinks at the end and bought...More

We thought it was very unique. Lots of history. My son really enjoyed his time there. It was a quick tour, but very interesting. We wished to see the factory, but we were told that they were closing. They close the museum at 12:30pm and...More

Visited here with family (small children and teenagers) and we all were very disappointed. Small kids had imagined Charlie and the chocolate factory type experience but after a very old short film on the history of chocolate making it literally took us 10 mins to...More

Little to see which you wouldn't see anywhere else. Staff pleasant enough, but it was actually quite expensive for what was not really much to see. We scooted around in little more than 45 minutes, and although the hot chocolate at the end was nice...More

Being an enthusiastic lover of chocolate, the complementary chocolate buttons and rich hot chocolate at the end of the tour won my heart over, but even for those less attracted to the taste of chocolate, this museum is definitely worth a visit. What struck me...More

Fortunately we learned about chocolate making in Belize. We thought the collection of chocolate related items gathered together there was worth the...More

A cute small museum filled with a quite impressive collection of chocolate related antiquities. The staff there aren't as nice as chocolate, the presentation of the antiques could've been done better, however, the subject of the museum and the items found are quite interesting. Must...More

The tour was conducted in english and the staff were very friendly. The chocolate was great too! Tours are usually conducted on weekday mornings between 10-12am but the shop is open during regular hours. I especially liked the chocolate covered oranges.

I felt the museum wasn't a good value and was pretty quick and the staff was a bit unfriendly. Generically pretty good chocolate, but if just looking for chocolate there were better shops in Biarritz.
