I guess you came during a rainy day... the Aquarium is more comfortable to visit when the weather is good... or at the opening (9.30) or in the evening (from 18.00 to midnight).
So many of the tanks seemed crowded. The seals didn't seem to have much space and the space they did have was just white concrete with no shade. I've seen other aquariums where they try to give the seals a space resembling their natural space....More
