Excellent site, more interesting than Lot or Dordogne, and we’ve done all three previously. Canoe was superb. Kayaks needed back rests and paddle rings. Recommended amongst the many offering canoe and kayak services. Friendly and well spoken English.

This is the second time we’ve used this company. Basically you pick how far / fast you think you can paddle and they drop you up steam at that point. Great idea as you then don’t have to race to a pick up point with...More

We wanted to do the tour with the canoe as was advertised in the flyer we got from the hotel. On arrival we noticed that the place was deserted. A call to the given phone number said "we will be back in April '18". So...More

This is the 5th time we have rented canoes here. The trip from St Leon back is so peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. We look forward to trip number six!

We did the 4 hour trip, dropped off at St. Leon. One really doesn't have to paddle much as there is a nice steady current. I would suggest to go this far, or even the farther entry point so as to see more buildings. After...More

We took the long 26k trip in a canoe. The current was slow so hard work. It would have been easier in a kayak. There are limited places to stop so take advantage of them when you see them. One good coffee spot 1/3 way...More

These guys run a well organised and friendly canoe service: you choose where to be dropped off with your canoe from 5 locations. These vary form a full days paddling to just 30mins. We opted for the 3 hour drop off at St Christophe. The...More

An excellent experience which we can highly recommend to the 60 - 75 club! We were taken by minibus with our canoe bumping behind us on the trailer, handed life jackets and paddles, right up to St Christophe. The paddle back was 15 km and...More

We have holiday recently in the Dordogne. It has never failed to impress or be a relaxing holiday (just what we needed). We started canoeing on the Dordogne but realised that the Verzere and the Lot have similar attractions. So far the Three chateau trip...More

We had to wait until 4pm for a short canoe trip from Thonac back to the base camp but we hadn't booked in advance... So can't complain. The staff were helpful and nice. Canoes and life jackets etc seemed in good condition. The river itself...More
