Getting there costs some money (return ticket for water taxi is 20 euros), but definitely worth it. The beach is clean, except for some cow dung (some (wild?) cows live in the area). The water is crystal clear and the colour is turquoise. Snorkelling around...More

Visited in May on the Popeye boat, some seaweed (protected in these parts) but unspoilt. Enough space for all, take water. For a better beach walk to Saleccia (45 mins to 1h15 depending on the route).

Arrived by boat. Beach was busy but we found plenty of space. Beach was clean, lovely white sand but a fair bit of dried weed etc at the strand line. The sea was clear. No shade so a beach umbrella would be a useful accessory....More

As a Corsican I've been to many great places with amazing view, atmosphere, etc. Too often, the most beautiful places offer average or overpriced food. This is not the case at la Cabane du Lotu. Hervé, the young owner is a professional who loves his...More
