Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you're in Ajaccio without a car, i highly recommend you to spend some time walking to this place: take the bus #5 to Parata, then take the small trailway to this beach - it's about 1 hour and half: the views are spectacular and the result is worth walking. Sandy beaches, transparent water and almost nobody in a low-season.

If you want to enjoy an amazing place, this is a must visit near Ajaccio. The color of the sea... just a dream. The food of the local paillote is great, the people are really cool, you are enjoying your time there from the very first second. A paradise for surfers from the very basic level to the top;

During our long walk, we discovered this beautiful beach, we were able to enjoy the sun and in summer there must be many tourists but in March we were the only ones.

Nice beach located in Ajaccio. It’s one of the popular beaches here. Nice to have a swim or just lay down enjoying the sun. Also the view is beautiful. There is bus from Ajaccio and it costs only 1€ one way.

One of the best beaches that can be reached by car or by hiking from the Parata in Ajaccio along the Sentier des Douaniers.

We hired a Vespa and visited this beach. Beautiful sand and lovely bay, sea was choppy when we visited, big waves so only a few surfers in the water. There are a couple of beach bars, offering drinks and lunch and sun-loungers.
Very unspoilt and not at all touristy.

This beach is a 20-minute drive west of Ajaccio. It is quite large and has a few bars and restaurants on it. There are also surfing lessons (allegedly - they were booked up when we tried).

This is very beautiful beach, it was quite wild in october. The beach and the water was very polluted with algae, but the sunset there was magical with so many colours. I absolutelly recommend it to everyone. If you are going there in the evening be sure to bring warm clothes, it can get cold and very windy.
