We booked this company because according to most reviews it appeared to offer proffesional customer oriented service. The day before our pick we received a personalised sms from the company thanking us for our patronage along with the name and cell driver picking us up from the nominated arrival area. Nice touch. But it went down hill from there. We were left stranded in the arrival hall for 15 minutes. I called and texted the company multiple times with no response. I finally got hold of the driver who ensured me he was 5 minutes away. When he finally arrived 15 minutes later he acted as if there was no issue and failed to issue an account for his tardiness and no offer of an apology. When I expressed dissatifaction with the service, his response was apathy and suggested he was hapot to leave without taking us to the location. Had our transfer not been prepaid I would have gladly accepted his offer. Very unprofessional execution all around from company base operator and driver. Beware.

I love this private cab service. I used them a few times while in Paris.
Firstly, I used them for a transfer from Orly airport to Paris. Our flight from Nice was delayed. I messaged them through WhatsApp, and they were able to accomodate me without making a reservation ahead of time. I also used them for a roundtrip to Disneyland, Paris to CDG airport and for a private transfer after the Champions League game from Parc des Princes.
They were very responsive to my messages. They have fair prices. The drivers were prompt and polite. PLUS, it was very convenient.
I definitely recommend them!

My husband & I booked a private tour of Paris with Paris Private Cab & it was our best experience in Paris. Our driver, Mr Sunith is world class (any one looking to book a private cab tour of Paris should ask for Mr. Sunith). It was my first time in Paris and this private tour was so special.
Mr. Sunith is an absolute gem. He brought us to all of the places that Paris Private Cab recommended as well as other hidden gems throughout the city. Any time we wanted to hop out and take pictures he came outside with us to capture some unique and incredible photos. (See pictures for a glimpse of the amazing locations we saw & some pictures taken by Mr. Sunith)
At the end of the night we wanted to stop by a grocery store to grab some milk before we went back to the hotel, Mr Sunith found a store that was opened and hopped outside to wait for me, ensuring my safety.
Honestly, I will always recommend this car service to anyone I know who is travelling to Paris & I will make sure they ask for Mr. Sunith.

We are really happy with the service. Very punctual and polite. Was very caring of my you children . Highly recommend for anyone who would like to have a reliable and safe travel experience. My chauffeur was an expert about all the places we were visited.

We booked a private tour, to spend some time in Paris during a long layover. We worked with the company to put our own itinerary to ensure we see what we wanted to in the limited tim we had. The whole experience was great…our driver was waiting for us outside with a sign so we could easily recognize him. He then took us to the places we wanted and we spend as much time as we wanted. At the end, since we had a little extra time, he showed us a couple of other things we hadn’t thought of seeing, before taking us back to the airport. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a tour experience where you are in control of what you see and how much time you spend at each place.

We needed a 6 AM ride from our AirBnB in the Latin Quarter to CDG last week so we booked with Paris Private Cab. We brought our luggage downstairs about 15 minutes early to wait but were happily surprised that a sparkling clean black Mercedes sedan was already parked outside. After authenticating us as his passengers the driver eagerly helped load our luggage and off we went. The drive to the airport was smooth and professional. The driver dropped us at our terminal and helped with our bags again

We booked a transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Orly and vise versa. Excellent service, low prices, nice cars with enough space for the luggage, clean and fast. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I have used this service three times recently for family members and I just booked a fourth trip with them. All the bookings involved rides to or from CDG. I have found the drivers to be absolutely punctual, reliable, helpful and efficient. The vehicles they used were spacious and clean. The cost is competitive with other private services and not much more than G7 service from CDG to Paris. I absolutely recommend this service to Paris visitors

Went on a family trip with my parents in September 2021. We were so lucky to meet the driver Chandana who was very friendly, talkative and told us so many things about Paris. We booked a pick-up from the airport to the hotel and back. He was always on time and replied to messages very quickly. Even when we were late he was waiting for us without being impatient or rude.
