    Always exciting
No structure says "Paris" more than the Eiffel Tower. It was built as a highlight of the 1889 Paris World's Fair, using a revolutionary building material, wrought iron. Initially, it was intended to be a temporary structure, but it's still standing. The Eiffel Tower is both graceful and practical, a true feat of French engineering. I have visited the Eiffel Tower both times I have visited Paris; ascending this remarkable tower is always exciting.

    Dazzling lights
Our family of 5 toured this amazing building, we learned a lot of the history, it was supposed to be temporarily! Visited twice once at night with the dinner package, what an amazing experience the view is so beautiful at 250 dollars a plate a little expensive the experience alone was worth it. If you like to experience different types of food, then you will love it. Day time Tour of the tower was awesome went as far up as your allowed breathtaking views. A Must See if in Paris. However, the evening experience see the tower lite up and twinkling was my favorite.

    Even better than I imagined
Finally got chance to visit after many many years of wanting to and it massively exceeded my expectations. It was an evening visit as my girlfriend wanted to see the lights of Paris. Despite it being a cold night and the fact it started raining when we were on the top it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Even late on it was quite busy and be prepared to queue if you are going to the summit. It’s very much worth your time though as the views from the top are incomparable. A beautiful monument and I feel this is somewhere I’ll visit again when I’m next in Paris. Would love to go in the daytime to see what it’s like then.

    Beautiful view to Paris!
It was an amazing experience to climb the stairs of the Eiffel Tower . It takes time but it is definitely worth it..Just skip the queue.. Voilà. I just don't recommend it to elderly people..but others feel free to enjoy it.

    Paris’ most famous sight.
Latest visit to Paris and on this occasion happy to admire this iconic structure without entering and having to wait in line for an interminable time to do so. Good luck to anyone who wants to ascend to the very top, the whole thing will take hours and you will be in a crush of people and will have paid plenty of money for the pleasure. I’m a veteran of many visits to the wonderful city of Paris, have ascended the tower numerous times and can attest that the views are marvellous, even if you ascend only the first level. But this time was happy to look at it from outside and, at dusk, ascend the (cheaper, quicker and far less crowded) Montparnasse Tower for spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower and those magical few minutes on the hour every evening hour when it spangles with thousands of twinkling lights.

    Amazing!!
It’s just such a special place to visit!! The tower is just beautiful. It’s such a special moment to see it sparkle. There are some vendors/ folk hanging around near the Eiffel Tower, so keep your wits about you r.e pick pocketers.

    Bucket list
Visited here on two occasions, once at night where we went to the 2nd floor to get the night time experience, and then returned in the day to go to the top – for the views over Paris during the day. Both experiences were really good, we caught the lift up on both occasions and then took the stairs down for a different view and experience. Great experience and bucket list moment, there are some restaurants to try in the various locations – we sampled a croissant in a cafe which was good but slightly inflated prices considering the location. There is also a gift shop – which is unbelievably overpriced!! Highly recommend visiting at both day and night if you can afford to and have got the time, as both times offer very different views. Despite us having timed tickets, there is still some significant queueing to be done to get through security and then up to the lifts, where you have to pass a second round of security. This was in February so expect very long queue times during summer periods and busier times – even if you have tickets!

    Well worth the wait
While it is undeniable that there was a considerable amount of queueing involved, we thought it was genuinely worth it. To minimise time spent in the queue we went for the combined option - taking the stairs to the first and second floors and then the lift to the summit. The stairs added to the experience and we were glad we did it. The views from the top were fantastic and the value for money is impressive compared to other landmark locations.

    Miracle!
To see Paris and die! This is our country's saying. We traveled with my husband and dog by car to Italy and while passing through France we decided to go to Paris and see the Eiffel Tower for the first time. We arrived at the tower late at night and it no longer glowed. But I was not upset and I was impressed. On the way back from Italy we went to Paris again and I finally saw this miracle! I was in awe of how beautiful it is. We weren't inside because it's very expensive to dine there and not worth the money. I would recommend everyone to see the Eiffel Tower at least once in their life.

Eiffel Tower. Impossible to miss, required when visiting
Of course, we went to the Eiffel Tower. It is just as spectacular a place to visit as you might imagine. Fantastic views of the tower and from the tower. The top section was under construction when we visited but the top of the mid-level was open and provided breathtaking views of Paris.

Well obviously if you go to Paris you need to do this. We had a tour guide booked through Expedia, she was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, also managed to get to the summit.

We had the visit at 21.30. We went at 20.00 because our little Child started to feel sick and tired and we were close by the Tower. The Man Who atended us started to shout telling stupid coments about spanish in french lenguaje (I speak french but I asked him if we could pass before the time in english). And he said that if we can not read that my time was later... do you think is that the way you have to speak with a client that only asked if it was possible to get in? It is the worst experience I had these days in France. You should have workers happier as the one you have seems like they hate their profession. I Will never come back to the tower eiffel, it is a shame becuse for the monument symbol of France you have a very poor People working in

Unique opportunity to see the tower lights after sunset. The best view is from Laffayette galleries, do not waste your money entering the Eiffel tower.

(Eiffel Tower tour date was Sunday, Feb 25, 2024)

Our tour guide only talked for about 20 minutes of the 2-hour tour. We paid extra for tickets to the Summit of tower, but it was closed for the day. Which was fine, except this tour company did not refund us for this portion - although the guide said we would get a refund.

We waited in line for one hour to get to the elevators. Once we were finally up on the 2nd floor, the guide pulled us inside for his 20-minute talk - and we could not see any views. When his talk was done, we went outside without him with no guided tour of all the beautiful views.

Worthless tour. Just buy yourself tickets and don't waste your money.

I've been to the Eiffel Tower during both of my last two trips to Paris, and it's definitely a must-visit attraction. Book in advance to save some time and be sure to go all of the way to the top for incredible views over the city!

It's a pretty impressive thing, but of course it is, it's the Eiffel Tower.

Queues and a fair amount of cash put us off going to either the 1st or top level, but the options there should you want to wast 4-5hrs going up and coming down.

It's probably the no1 place to visit in Paris and you should do that by all means. It's best to take the stairs to the 1st and 2nd floor, if you can. It provides a better experience. Tickets to the top sell out really fast, so you would be lucky to get one. The champagne they serve (blanc de noir) is also super good.

However, whatever you do, do not build your hopes too high. During February the area surrounding the tower was pretty much a construction site, so it was difficult to get to. This, of course, also compromises the views. The fountains were dry and full of dirt. What made things worse was that this site is overcommercialised. It's packed with groups of tourists both at the base but also up on the floors. They often sit on the floor. And their tour leader shouts without any respect for private individuals who have also paid to come up to the tower. You will struggle to get away from them.

The security staff are rude and unprofessional doing the "security check" in between chatting endlessly and socialising with each other.

How the whole experience is managed really takes something away from it. I wouldn't want to be proposed to amid this episode of mass tourism. The supposed bistros were not there. Just a canteen with dried up sandwiches and one restaurant that closes at 17.30. There isn't really anywhere else more informal or it was too well hidden for me to see. The security checks and queues for the lifts don't make this the chic experience it's purported to be. But it's all about selling here. Views ok.

The Eiffel Tower from the ground at night is a must see. The light show on the hour is magical. We were supposed to be on a tour but it didn’t happen. I would highly recommend seeing it at night even if you don’t take a tour.
