This is the quintessential Paris Sunday afternoon. Walk watch the tennis courts being used and gardens are beautiful. Stay away from the bistros near the palace as they are tourist traps

We were here in winter, so would be amazing to see in summer / spring. Felt like a nice chilled out spot for wandering, and was clean and safe. Some lovely statues to see, and gorgeous structured layout.

It is hard to define what makes it so perfect, it is beautiful, the Luxembourg Palace in the background impressive but maybe the best part is that the people who go there seem to so obviously enjoy it, kids, families, couples, everyone seems to find...More

It's a lovely park in the middle of the city. It has fountains and trees. A lot of people come by. You can just promenade or even jog in it.

Flowerless, the flower beds are planted for the spring , trees are beautiful and the chairs around the pond are "orphans"...no one sits here now as winter is biting... It should be so beautiful in spring.

Luxembourg Gardens is absolutely beautiful--the pool, the gardens, watching other visitors. It is a great pleasure to sit and take in the views. I would be content to visit here every day.

There were some crepes stalls and coffee stands. We got sandwiches from a shop just outside. Plenty of chairs and sears inside.
