    Roland Garros Premium Discovery Tickets
We are attending the 2023 French Open at Roland Garros. I purchased Premium Discovery tickets through the Roland Garros website — the only legitimate, reliable way to get them — in February, when the French Open made them available on line. I've been very happy I purchased these tickets. Premium Discovery tickets are much more expensive (several hundred dollars per ticket) than up-for-grabs tickets, but are the only way to be sure to get tickets that you want. Our tickets are for reserved seats at the top venue, the Philippe Chatrier stadium. The tickets come with access to "free" food and drinks on the grounds, but that's not a significant value. If you want to be sure to obtain tickets well in advance of the French Open, this is a prime way to accomplish that goal.

Great (very hot) day enjoing top tennis
Stadium easy to reach, very well organized outside of the stadium. We thought we could leave our handluggage in the storage but it is only for suitcases. No lockers inside; was a bit of a disappointment. Prices are OK, not as high as expected. Staff all around very friendly.

Le Stade Francais Paris v Leicester Tigers Investec Champions Cup
Made the journey to Paris for a weekend away but primarily to watch Tigers away at the Stade Jean Bouin v Stade Francais. Whilst Tigers with a very young side triumphed ultimately 27 - 24 I have to say the whole experience of visiting a new stadium for us [family that is] was magnificent. Ease of access to the ground was superb, just a 5 -1 0 min walk from the Metro, clean environment around the stadium & the provision of adequate Food & Beverage within was superb. The main highlight & something that stands out between English & French Rugby Clubs is the Bands that are always in attendance & provide wonderful entertainment before & after the matches. A real treat. The only disappointment was that the stadium to me seemed to be less than 1/4 full, possibly less than 4/5,000 people in attendance - shocking really for this quality of Team & Stadium. Thanks SF Paris for a wonderful evening.

Are you kidding me? I logged onto the ticket website at exactly 5AM EST. After three hours wait I have progressed 1/3 of the way through the wait. At this rate it will be a nine hour wait to get into the ticketing app.
Last year had a shorter wait and thought I bought tickets online but they were never delivered. This site has the worst software imaginable.
Finally, your tickets can only be loaded onto your phone. I'm unclear how that affects access if I can't use my US phone in France.

I’ve been to all of the tennis Grand Slams now. This one was my least favorite, by far! Most of the people people working there are not friendly. There are no restrooms or concessions in the main stadiums and when going thru the hassle of exiting the stadiums, the lines are INSANE. After paying so much for premium seating, it’s not too fun waiting in long lines for restrooms and food. Most importantly, BEWARE of purchasing souvenirs from the online store. They do not stand behind their product if it arrives damaged. They “say” they do, but I learned the hard way that they don’t. After returning back home, I ordered another headband like the one that I had purchased in person at the store on site. The headband arrived with holes in it. I sent pictures of the damaged product and asked for a refund or for them to ship me a replacement. All they offered was to refund me 20% of my purchase and would not offer an explanation as to why not a full refund or replacement after I asked several times. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

The French Open (French: Internationaux de France de tennis), also known as Roland-Garros is a major tennis tournament held over two weeks at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France, beginning in late May each year. The tournament and venue are named after the French aviator Roland Garros. The French Open is the premier clay court championship in the world and the only Grand Slam tournament currently held on this surface. It is chronologically the second of the four annual Grand Slam tournaments, occurring after the Australian Open and before Wimbledon in the UK and the US Open in the United States. Until 1975, the French Open was the only major tournament not played on grass. Between the seven rounds needed for a championship, the clay surface characteristics (slower pace, higher bounce), and the best-of-five-set men's singles matches, the French Open is widely regarded as the most physically demanding tennis tournament in the world.
Great tournament, well organized. Absolute fun!

We purchased 2 tickets for the night session for the 1st of June 2023 for Le Cartier at 620 € hotel included. We only received access as of 18:30 claiming we could see tennis at other courts, what a disappointment because the people having a day ticket were still there and of course did not leave. So it was extremely FULL of people, completely unpleasant and even a safety problem with so much people on a place which is not made for it. The so called TOPmatch of the day was a non match and after 2 hrs of non interesting tennis (OK organization cannot help that), but e.g. Lenglien day tickets could follow 4 matches as of 11:00 Hr up to 23:00 Hr, how they dare to sell those sessions, they should be ashamed.
I also had problems to receive tickets, all the received mails were normally received, those of the tickets finally in the SPAM , but finally OK.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service provided by Roland Garros. My family and I paid for tickets to attend the event, only to find out that they were a complete fraud and never arrived online as promised. We had traveled all the way from the UK to watch this event and were left stranded without any tickets. We were forced to buy more tickets, which we tried to purchase online for hours on end, but the online system seemed to have a bug and kept failing every time a ticket became available. We sought help from various staff members, including customer services, but to our dismay, no one seemed to care or be able to assist us. We were only interested in purchasing ground passes, as the tournament was not particularly busy, but we were met with no help whatsoever. To our disbelief, we found out that Roland Garros had admitted to the problem on Twitter and claimed to have fixed it a week prior to our arrival. We showed the staff this information, but they were still unable to help us and simply told us to go online. It is extremely disappointing that a tournament of this magnitude, with a whole year to plan, cannot provide adequate assistance to people in our situation. This experience has been a complete disgrace, especially considering the amount of money we spent to attend this event.
