Nice "shopping mall". This train station is a key place in Paris, to go both downtown and in suburbs

This station is great, we had a four hour wait between trains and it was a great place to relax and shop. Attached to the station is a small mall and on the top floor there are lots of eaterys and comfortable seating. If you...More

Leave yourself plenty of time to get between Metro lines. This is a big station underground and can take a good 10 mins to get from one part to the other. A good location for shopping near Les Grand Magasins of the Boulevarde Haussmann.

Connects several Metro lines in addition to being a major train station. It is also walking distance from Opera and the 1st and 2nd Arrondissements. 1836.

We stumbled across the station and found heaps of great shops inside which were interesting and reasonably priced. There are some great little places to grab some groceries and some good speciality stores

I recently traveled to Bayeux from here on the inter cities service on SNCF. The station was very nice and obviously recently redone. Obvious for someone who doesn't speak French where to go to get your train etc. One day I will get over the...More

The fairly recent renovation of this station makes it the most pleasant and inviting in Paris. Lots of places to shop and eat, so one can linger or wait in comfort. Very busy with trains to the suburbs and the northwest. Lots of Metro lines...More

Spacious, airy, and quite beautiful, it has the added advantage of having a 80 shops shopping-mall located inside the building. It makes waiting a lot easier.

Very interesting that they made a mall in a train station, not very many great shops, but for a cold day, grabbing a snack and shopping a bit, it does just fine.

It's unfortunate, but weekends are a bad time to make connections because schedules are reduced. And the schedules are difficult to get more than three months out because that's the limit for bookings. Are you wed to Paris... More

Let me add that Paris by train on the Net sorts this out - not sure it answers your question.
