Neighbourhood: Tour Eiffel / Invalides
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.

    Ina Recommends It!
I saw this on Ina Garten's must visit list of Paris. We went out of our way to find it at dinner time for grab and go to eat in the park. This would be better at lunchtime as most everything for grab and go was cloing or closed. I was thinking it would be more like Eatly in Milan. The market itself is amazing! You could wonder and look for hours!

    Culinary Delight
So, so fun. The product selection is amazing and I brought back a ton of jams, sauces, spices, and wine. Also great for a quick meal. On two occasions my friend and I grabbed sandwiches and brought them back to our hotel. We didn't sample anything from the on-site patisserie, but it looked amazing. The downside is that the products are a bit pricey.

    Fabulous
This store houses an amazing array of gourmet and luxury foods. There are also plenty of mid range lunchtime products to buy, with a small cafe to eat on site too. Prices do vary but there are certainly bargains to be had.

A Beautiful Taste of Gourmet Paris
No, it's not cheap (few bargains to be found in this part of Paris..) and yes, it can be busy and full of tourists (who tend to go to nice places), but the experience! The displays, the selection, the fine products.. perfect for whipping up that special meal for a loved one, taking a break from the restaurants, or gift shopping. Definitely one of the nicest food stores you will ever visit and a must-see for any epicurean visiting Paris!

Amazing selection of foods for gifts, to go and to eat there. Could browse for at least an hour through all the sections from mustards to cookies to chocolates.

Fantastic to be back buying freshly baked baguette, sliced ham, butter, pastries and confinements to have a picnic in the nearby park.

As always, loved the variety and options. Wish we had this exact store in Australia!

This is a department store that should not be missed. This is more than a Gourmet Department, it is an experience!

I was leading a Culinary Retail Tour of the Saint Germain neighborhood for my Graduate School project and we ended the tour of the day with lunch and a tour of the department of foods at Bon Marche Department store. It is more than a grocery, it is a visual food experience. The meats, the cheeses, the groceries, the baked goods and the prepared foods are all top of the line. The people working there really care about what they do and the customers they serve. I was so impressed on how nice everyone was to me and the group.

I ended up staying for lunch and had a Croque Monsieur, which was the last one left in the sandwich case. They warmed it up for me and God was it delicious. It was so reasonable too at $5.50 Euros. The meal formulas at the store are also very reasonable. I missed out on ordering dessert because of time but I will be back to this wonderful store.

This is not too be missed.

All you can find among the greatest, finest and most expensive food and goods located in a single place.
Kids have Alice in Womderland or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, grown ups have the Grande Epicerie located in one of the building of the famous Le Bon Marche department store.
Now "Le Bon Marche" once called "Au Bon Marche" means cheap delas or godd deals. Actually it is all but cheap but for sure you get the high grade quality food ansd a very nice and famous wine cellar.
You might also have a lunch there.
This is not the place to make your day to day shopping unless your money can aford, but it is a real pleasure to visit and find some nice item to indulge or make a nice gift for friends when invited for dinner.
Anyway I really enjoy this amazing place where you just need to control your purchase fever.
