It is not just my type of interest - too much people, too much expensive stores, too much vanity. But we had a very good ice cream in a small Belgian place

It is a beautiful, broad street, that runs from the Arc I'd Triomphe all the way to Concorde, with fancy shops, theaters, and other sights to see along the way. But one should beware of pickpockets lookout for the gypsy gangs of kids with papers...More

If you like shopping, you're going to love this area of Paris. It hosts a large Louis Vuitton store, Montblanc, Cartier, H&M and the largest Sephora I've ever seen as well as many other shops and restaurants. All capped off by the Arc de Triomphe.

Champa-Elysees style is like Time Square where you can find restaurants, stores easily. And is the only region that open on Sunday!! If you are in Paris, you have to be in Champs Elysses!!

The Champs Elysees is still for shopping, eating, and people watching. It is a little scarier now with many women lying prosrate and begging for coins and many pickpockets.

This area is characterized by its namesake avenue
which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern
business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de
Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive
offices and presidential palaces; architecture from
19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art
galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron
Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This

Yes, especially Chanel, but also Prada. My wife bought one of each. The streets with the high end stores are St. Honorie, and Montagne.
